We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was excellent; buffet style. Hotel in a good location just 2 minutes walk from the Grote Markt. Parking can be a problem all over town, but hotel issued a permit which allowed parking right in front of the hotel. Would certainly return here!

We had walked eighteen miles, with backpacks, on a very sunny day, so were more than happy to arrive at the hotel! The location was great - within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars etc. (Not that we were fit to walk very far.) The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with plenty choice. By far the biggest asset of the hotel is the owner, Pauline. She was so helpful and friendly, and couldn't do enough to make our brief stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.
