Outside area in need of a good clean up. Bar area not great...more a family casual room

We were really disappointed with dinner. We asked about dinner in the hotel,we wrote that we will be in the evening with kids, but didn't get an answer. When we arrived, we have one and half hour before hotel restaurant closed. So at the reception we were tald that probably all tables are busy. And we were advised to take away there. So, we were cancelled at the restaurant (no opportunity to order even to take away). There are nothing around the hotel (no shops and restaurants). So, at reception we were advised to visit burger king in the other village. I have two kids and was very upset with that. So, be careful, there are not enough place in the restaurant for everyone. And in the summer for sure it is better to take your food with you or eat before you came.

Nice territory and nice apartment with blackout curtains and nice waterfall in the garden. Nice opportunity to sleep well. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately we can't make an opinion about dinner.

The spa is expensive in my point of view. At this period, there is not a lot to do. Some problem with the TV. One day, we got only one towel.

The hotel is really nice. A breakfast with a lot of choice. The restaurant is also really good. Relaxing. The people are really nice.

Great location with lots of opportunities to undertake physical activities, eg, walking, cycling & water sports or just relax & unwind. Varied menu, delicious meals which were good value for money. Modern large accommodation with excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Efficient service during check in and check out.

The location of the lakeside rooms relative to the car park meant a bit of a hike with luggage.

Rural location with comfortable room. Staff were very accommodating in providing a table in the bar downstairs for us to eat with our dog on his lead. Terrasse would also have been an option if the weather had been less chilly.

Air con didn't appear to do anything useful, there was a political event on when we arrived that we were not made aware of.

Lovely new building, staff were great. We stayed in a lake view suite which was excellent. Everything you could want was provided, beds super comfy.

Finding room was a bit of a maze with several levels and staircases not easy if you have limited mobility . Bistro menus were a bit limited for a property of this calibre and accommodation price

The rooms were very basic. The shower was not clean. The property was crowded. Reservation for the restaurant needed even at lunch time. Terrace furniture was not always clean. We had to clean it ourselves for our breakfast. During lunch we had to ask the waiter explicitly to clean the table. Mass kitchen. Price does not correspond with the quality..

The rooms had a good noise isolation. Nice view on the lake.

Very expensive compared to similar facilities elsewhere. 45€ per person for 2h spa when you pay 264€ for a double room/night is really too much

On a card in the room it said we could have a take away breakfast, but when we went to reserve it, they told us this was only applicable for the villa's. We could not find this anywhere on the folder.

The general management seemed disjointed. We were stuck at the entrance gate for 15 minutes. No one answering the help button. Rang reception. No one answered. Staff member arriving for work tried to raise reception. She failed. She very kindly got gate open and allowed us to follow through

Being on the lake, there were a lot of flies and moths in the room. We were in a room next to a construction site (907) so it was loud in the morning. Lady who checked us in was pretty grumpy
