Furniture was very dated and the back of the chair was broken . Also the cupboard for your clothes needed to be replaced. It could do with some coffee and tea facilities.

Location was perfect Bedding was changed and clean towels were changed every other day . The room was clean.

The room was rough around the edges, needs some renovation in some areas (bathroom, bathroom doors getting stuck ...). But overall it has everything you need.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the city centre and there are plenty of cafes and food sport around. The staff was also super friendly. Wifi was great and the beds were very comfortable.

Wifi is so slow. There is nothing to reduce noise from the street which makes it difficult to sleep before 3.00 am. No air conditioner/fan.

It would be ideal to have at least something to make a tea if you're going to stay longer. We stayed only one night therefore not a big problem.

The hotel is in an area close to bars and other places. There's plenty to do in the evening. The bedroom was very basic.

The first night of our stay, there was no hot water in the room. We tried to report the problem, but there was nobody at the reception. Moreover, there was no one at the reception the next day, as well as during the morning of our check out. The room was quite dark, with the only source of light coming from the small lamp above the desk (the other lights were not working). Also, the nights are quite noisy with different sounds coming from the people yelling and police sirens.

The shower head was fixed on the ceiling and the shower booth door cannot be opened completely as it hits the toilet.

Great location, near metro, bars and restaurants. It can get noisy at night with revellers enjoying themselves but no issue for me. The room has a Juliette balcony which was nice to open look out upon the street.

The bathroom wasn't up to date and felt a bit grubby. They were also very stuffy and no way of letting air in. There were no hot drink facilities inside the room and was very basic for the price. No remote for the TV.

The location of this hotel was perfect yet hidden away from the busy streets. Was a comfortable, humble abode that provided us with a decent night's sleep.

The entrance door wasn't working properly but the owner assured me they are in the process of having a new entrance developed with a code based security pad. There are about 4 steps up to the entrance door. There was no plug for the wash basin in the bathroom.

Perfect location in the centre of Brussels, close to shops, restaurants and all the site seeing attractions. There is a metro station a 5 minute walk away. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water and supply of clean towels.

The shower wasn't cleaned thoroughly; it may need renovation soon. We stayed for 2 nights but could hardly sleep as there was a lot of noise from outside throughout the night. There are bars and clubs in the neighbourhood, I recommend staying here with that knowledge.

The only issue we had was with the hot water in the shower. In the mornings we had no problems, but at night there was no hot water.

The location was incredible! The staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. It was exceptionally good value for money and we definitely recommend staying here!!
