The hotel is fine. For the price (150 euro per night), however, we would have expected something more comfortable. From our point of view, the pillows are extremely hard, and the mattress was already quite soft in the middle. The bathroom is very small. The room does not include any extras like body lotion, water, etc. We had a room right towards the street, which made it difficult to sleep with an open window.

Our room was absolutely fine. It was clean and big enough for a short stay. Nice shower. The people working at the hotel were extremely kind. It is possible to leave the luggage after the check-out. The location and surroundings are great.

The thing that holds the showerhead was broken. There was no airconditioning and the room was very humid and stuffy. We had to sleep with the window open because it was unbearable otherwise. Because of that we could hear traffic and noise all night.

As a vegan I felt the breakfast offerings were to much based on meat and dairy so had breakfast elsewhere. Single use plastic cups in bathroom is not best for environment

The check-in was from 16.00 which was the latest I saw within several years (most hotels have a check-in at 14-14.30, maximum 15.00), so I had to walk almost half a day with my bags. Breakfast was ok, but the choice could be more for that hotel price.

The room was nice and clean, there was a fridge and a teapot in the room.

The mattresses were way too soft for me, and the bathroom could be better arranged. There was no locked luggage storage, and even though the staff was nice about it, it felt unsafe to leave bags out in the open in the bar area.

Affordable (at least compared to other hotels in Brussels on the days I visited), clean place, with a nice breakfast. Easy to reach as well, with meal/store options nearby. Works perfectly if you just want an OK place for the night.

I got a free upgrade and the room was huge and spread over two floors. The bathroom was also a nice size. The furnishings were more functional than comfortable or chic, but perfectly adequate for a long weekend. The location was also quite central and well connected to public transport. The team was very friendly and always helpful.

The room was noisy. The sound isolation of the window was not so good, so noise from the street can be heard at night. The door was a disaster, there was big gap all around the door, so not only noise from the hallway could be heard (a lot of doors shutting at night), but also light was coming in. Never saw such bad quality door isolation, even in lower rated hotels. The bed and the pillows were not confortabile, too soft.

Breakfast was good. Location was nice, near the metro/tram, you can even walk to the city center (20 min walk). The room was clean. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room was big.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. The beds we were in were not comfortable at all. It's two twin beds put together with a tiny mattress on top of the twin beds mattresses. The problem is that you are sinking all the time, and I guess one of the mattress is too old cause it's very uneven. Perhaps some investment here could be done.

The hotel is quite like what you'd expect at this price point, probably better than many at the same price. Some bonuses are that the bathroom is amazing, really spacious! My room was also quite good in size. Then the location is actually fantastic, you are in a nice area very connected to the center, but secluded enough to not be bothered. Great restaurants around. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but HUGE plus that it runs until 11am.
