The restaurant service is rude and not great, slow and abrupt, was so bad I got up and left before even ordering, eventually my menu arrived some time after sitting so tried to order drink at that time thinking this might be a slow service was told not allowed to order a drink (bottled water) until they come along to take my food order…. Having looked around and see not that great food coming out and many people just sitting waiting, decided best go elsewhere, problem is nothing around apart from McDonalds so comes to something when rather have McDonalds then eat here, but that’s exactly what had to be done..

Good parking area with friendly helpful check in rooms good and was reasonably quiet, let down by poor restaurant, who seem to think they are doing you a favour serving you food!

the price is too high. everything was expensive. with 20 euros, I can eat extremely good breakfast anywhere else. the breakfast was extremely limited and very poor. you can not back charge 20euro for such a small and limited breakfast.

It seems to be a general issue in this hotel, as we had the same problem last time in a different room. The pressure of the water in the shower is really poor. On our first day the pressure was still OK, but in the morning of check-out there was hardly any water coming out so it was a quick shower.

Second time we stayed in this hotel. We like the location, and the rooms are always spacious, clean with comfortable beds and air-conditioning at the right temperature. There was a wedding in the hotel the night that we stayed but we couldn't hear anything and stayed on the second floor. The hotel had put ear buds in our bathroom for in case we needed them.

The matrass could have been a bit softer for better sleep. The receptionist did not mention that there is an elevator in the building to go to the upper floor. She only instructed about the stairs and the steps up were steep and small so that carrying the luggage up was not so easy.

Arriving by car, the parking area was big enough for finding a place without issues. The room was nice, clean and spacious, everything worked fine. And the breakfast contained a good selection of food.

A comfortable though dated hotel. Brilliant for EV car owners as there are many Tesla chargers in the car park. Will definitely use it again on trips through Belgium. Good value for money. Nice breakfast.

Small things like the tap in the bathroom which needs replacing, same with the shower head, but nothing that would bother. The only 'negative' experience was at the reception desk where first they couldn't find evidence of my room payment via Booking, and instead of 1 breakfast, they asked me to pay for 2 breakfasts whilst we didn't use the breakfast buffet on our second day. But this was quickly rectified and the staff remained friendly at all times.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2023. The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the E17, the large 'Delhaize' shop and McDonalds which is handy in case of late arrival like ourselves. The rooms were a lot more spacious than anticipated, with comfortable beds and ample room to put away cloths. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The room also had a little fridge which was handy to keep drinks and kids snacks cooled. We stayed as a family with 2 kids and were giving adjacent rooms that connected. Our room (209) also overlooked the nature reserve 'Molsbroek' so we spotted some birds in the morning.
