We didn't like the floors which were old wood and the fact that there was no door separating the wc from the bedroom.

The toilet had no door at all. I'm sure everyone would like privacy when going to the bathroom. It would have been possible to put a sliding door.

We found the place to be a little cold, even with the heater running.

The room is very central and close to lots of restaurants and bars - this is convenient and good, but does mean it can be a little noisy. We felt comfortable here and had everything we needed in the room. There was a nice Christmas market nearby and an easy walk to the citadel.

There was some miscommunication regarding the breakfast, but solved quickly. There isn't an elevator in this building, so be prepared.

But there was dust - behind the bedside tables and in the lamps, the kettle also needs to be boiled from scale.

A very nice woman administrator gave the keys. We had included breakfast in the cafe - and it was unexpectedly great with good service. The room is very nicely located, nicely furnished. There is even a coffee machine and coffee and tea - a nice bonus. I recommend the room and the hotel, the city is wonderful.

Being in an old building, it’s understandable that some construction was not perfect, ; like a Bathroom door scrapping a floor when opening but let’s be real its a old building that will shift over time. Though they did a fantastic job designing the rooms around these uncontrollable flaws.

The customer service was impeccable! When I unexpectedly asked for a cute extra accommodations, they actually followed through! I was pleasantly surprised! Also they were so understanding when I had to change my plans and accommodated to them with no problems whatsoever! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Did not get breakfast and communication from the BnB City was pretty poor. There was no staff interaction, which I understand due to COVID but it would still be nice to get a check in or something to see how the stay was going.

The room was spacious and decorated really nicely. I liked the open plan of the room with the toilet and shower connected. There was also a good selection of tasty teas.

Extremely loud specially on weekends nights, the house is right above a noisy and busy bar. You need to use the ear plugs that they provide otherwise you won't sleep.

First of all didn't receive email with code to get into the facility. Called local number at least 10 times with no answer. Ended up waiting until other guests arrived to let us in (piggybacking) Hours later staff returned call but didn't understand a word English so impossible to explain what the issue was. Not that it mattered as we were in our room. Room had one and a half rolls of toilet paper for three people staying 5 nights. Should not be classified as a B&B as no breakfast served and no directions in the room to where breakfast could be taken. One small garbage can that was never emptied and linens were not changed in 5 days. Suggestion a note in room in multiple languages explaining parking, where breakfast can be taken, tourist attractions etc etc. Extra pillows would be nice and mattress has seen better days.

Location was excellent. In the old city right in the heart of things. Airconditioning was great as too noisy to sleep with windows open. Was clean and shower was better than most. Coffee and tea in the room was appreciated. Grocery store two minutes away was great for breakfast with fresh bread. Great location to explore the Ardennen with lots to do in Namur. Good shopping also.

The price is too high for what is offered. The room was extremely cold, bed was not the most comfortable and I had to wait until 2AM for the bar downstairs to stop playing full blast music in the street. Not a restful stay.

Well-located, the building is very central and the self check-in was pretty good with reactive communication from the owner. Overall functional room.

The stairs are very awkward for anyone with luggage, the higher up, the worse it gets! The “small room” on the top floor is more like a small attic space, beds are fold away, would be very awkward for 2 people. Floor and bed creaking very noisy.

The location is perfect, in the city center 1 min walk to a cable car which takes you to the citadel. Amazing big comfortable bed, cozy apartment, I really loved it there.

Place is in noisy area of the city with plenty of restaurants and bars around - not kids friendly Room could not be locked. Bad smell from bathroom. Front door difficult to find hidden behind restaurant terrace. Nails coming out of historic floor.
