"10/10" is not enoght to explain the kindness of the staff and the beauty of the structure. Hotel is very closed to the Markt, in a not crouding street. My room was very clean and confortable. Very good breakfast, with various choice. I'll come back in Brugge, and i'll come back in this amaizing hotel.

Everything was lovely. There was a minor issue with the bathroom. The bath is very big and deep making in high to step into for a shower. I felt a nonslip mat would be great.

Lack of plug sockets, kettle and tea facilities were a bit outdated (had to plug in kettle on the floor socket).

The lighting in the room was a little inadequate.

We arrived and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lot of luggage and we were offered a ground floor room rather than upstairs which was booked. This was really appreciated. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is amazing, you can walk easily to everything. The room and bathroom had plenty of space and comfortable and the shower was hot and lots of restaurant options very close by. A cooked breakfast is included which was nice.

No elevator so you have to carry your suitcases up stairs, but thats basically all of europe haha.

Our stay here was really comfortable, in a huge room with a great breakfast spread and friendly staff. It is great value for money, and the location is really good, however, you are a bit far from the train station.

I felt the lighting could be better in communal areas especially on the stairs for people with difficulties and also as a female I would have felt a bit scared.

The room was a lovely large room and warm, beautiful bathroom with double wash basins. This hotel is in a very central position for getting around Bruges. There was a breakfast included in the cost and it was superb.

Well, it is difficult to say something bad about a lovely place… maybe the stairs are narrow and it’s difficult to carry a large suitcase up.

Everything in our stay was excellent!! Varied Breakfast, the staff was so kind, clear when we ask about something, the room was big, clean, illuminated, also we found a coffee maker (with cream/sugar/chocolates) the entire house is beautiful!! So close to the center of the city

We had a marvelous stay at the Boterhuis! The room was amazing—20 foot beamed ceilings, stone fireplace, comfortable bed and high end bathroom—and the cooked breakfast was a great start to our day. Location was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would love to go back!!

Room 7 was spacious and had double aspect windows. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The private parking was also perfect.
