I didn’t find something I wasn’t happy with. The room was maybe a little small but I am a solid traveller so that’s no big problem. I don’t know - I think everything was just right ✌🏼

Very friendly staff, very nice location, super convenient and the parking option for my motorcycle was very safe and secure. Lovely ☺️

The room was bit dark withoutswitchingthe light on, the wall colour (olive green, didn't help). Not necessarily a negative, but I wish there were more tables for two in the breakfast rooms, I felt bad sitting on a table for four by myself. Also the lack of a shower curtain and the layout of the shower was a bit weird. It felt like I'm flooding the whole bathroom

A 5 minute walk to Markt, the hotel is ideally placed for Bars, Restaurants, Museums, Brewery and shops. It is a twenty minute walk from Bruges railway station. Which isn't to far if you fancy a stroll. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of choice for your average European or people from further afield. I'd just like to say a big thank you to all the staff that made me feel so welcome and in particular the lady who done the breakfast, first thing in the morning. Sorry I didn't get the opportunity to say goodbye, you were all very busy with the breakfasts.

The location was ideal a short stroll from the main Market Square but in a quieter area. Close by was a bus stop for a free bus to the railway station. There was a good choice of food for breakfast.

The walls were a bit thin and I could hear people in the room next to us as well as some stomping children above us. However for the location and value it was not a big problem.

The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was huge in comparison to what the photos showed. Good breakfast, very clean and the staff was very attentive. Couldn't have had a better spot for our honeymoon stay in Bruges

The room we were given separated the bathroom and toilet, and the toilet door didn’t close properly. But that was a very minor flaw.

It was authentic, clean and in a perfect location in Bruges, central enough for walking distance to the main parts of Bruges yet far enough from the main area noise. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and there’s a lovely buffet breakfast.

The room we stayed in had limited sockets for charging devices and those it did were not in the most accessible locations. There were also a lot of stairs to our room which wasn’t great with luggage.

The location near the main Market Square which meant all of the main tourist attractions were close to hotel as were the majority of bars and restaurants. It was clean and tidy and had all we needed.
