Wasn't the fault of the hotel at all, but I tried to purchase drinks and snacks from their little shop. The barcode scanner wasn't working and I wasn't able to pay at reception so after a long drive, we had to leave the hotel straight away to go to the shops.

Lovely location, easily accessible from main underground car park. It's our second time at this hotel and would always choose to stay here when we return to Bruges. 10/15 minute walk into Bruges town centre, friendly staff, lovely spacious room.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the old town (but within walking distance of everything). Very near the concertgebouw, which is great. Friendly staff and very nice facilities.

Not exactly a problem as we managed to order Uber eats and get delivered to the hotel, but it would be great to have a few food options (even just some pizza) for room service / bar.

The room felt old, the door was hard to close and showering put the entire bathroom under water. We also sadly didn't get our free drink voucher.

I was a little disappointed with my room, I had booked a twin, my adult daughter was coming with me but she had to cancel at short notice because of work. I let the hotel know, I thought I had booked a lovely large room, my room was a standard double, on the top floor of the hotel. The bathroom was rather tired, stained sink, trickling water in the shower and crumpled towels. I was told as I was alone, my room had been changed..... it's a shame the price wasn't adjusted to reflect the room.

The location is fantastic for the main town underground car park and to walk into town from the hotel. I didn't have breakfast, too expensive and very busy. The staff were lovely. Quiet location but just a short walk into town for all the restaurants and sights.

Hotel is quite dated but comfortable. Could do with a refurb or coat of pain. Has 4 stars and priced at 4 star but over rated and is more 3 star level due to decoration

Bathroom felt a little tired

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, bright and clean. Cannot fault the breakfast at all. Shame the bar was closed on Sunday but had a drink Saturday evening and it was very cosy. Perfect location 10min walk from the station and close to the centre of the town.

I especially enjoyed the way the hotel is prepared to host families. They had a special area for children, with several toys, which is very thoughtful. Also, during the breakfast they also have dishware for children and toys/pencils for them to play with. I appreciate a hotel that thinks about the families. The welcoming flavored water and marshmallows were also a nice touch, and the staff were very helpful and extremely nice.

The rooms could use a renovation, they are a bit outdated, but it served its purpose and the staff was really nice and helpful. Overall a lovely stay!

There was not sound proof in our room. We had been given a room with a joining door to the other room, and we can even hear the other room’s people talking and flushing the toilet in the middle of the night that was annoying.

We like the atmosphere with lovely Christmas decorations in the hotel, and also like the high standard furnishing and colours in the room.
