the light above the bed wasn't working. There is a side desk light but I needed that plug to plug in my phone so it would be great if the light above the bed would also work. Also it would be nice if they provide shampoo and shower gel, this can be done with either small ones like in a hotel or either those that fit to the wall and can be refilled. It would also be nice if there is washing up liquid for cleaning the dishes.

I had to call them to know how to get my keys.

The doors don't lock automatically so just make sure to lock them with the key!! Some of the lights were out in the room (but some still worked).

We were pretty intimidated by all the recent poor reviews so we were worried when we showed up. Check-in was prompt right around 4pm and super easy. The room was clean and the radiator kept the room warm. We didn't have any noise issues. Loved that there was a microwave, fridge, and basic dishes!!! The water gets hot but can take a second. We stayed three nights and had no problem. Public transit is nearby and easy to access. Don't expect any luxury since this is a cheap place in a big city, but this is a good place to stay for the price.

The lift was out of service, so not accessible by elevator as mentioned in the description. Communication with hosts/reception could definitely be improved. Reception was rarely there and they sent us so many messages on house rules and check-in instructions yet very unresponsive when we had questions or concerns.

The room was clean and the location was in a nice neighborhood. Several grocery stores nearby and public transportation was close.

It was not clean and I did not have a broom or a mop to clean the place myself. When I arrived It was very cold in the room and there was nobody at the reception desk because it was the 31st of december (9 pm) and the pin that I was given to the lock box which had the keys to my room was OFF. I had to call multiple numbers to give me a different code to the lock box which took me an hour, it was horrible.

The beds were confortable but squeaky.

It said that there was staff during check-in from 4pm till 6pm, when we arrived at 4.30pm there was nobody! Along with a few others we had to see how to get our keys, with the person on the phone not wanting to come down there. Very weird. Eventually we got our keys out of the safe. The room didn't have electricity outlets next to the bed, which meant we couldn't use the nightlights. A few lights were broken too. The room didn't fully open, and since all the balconies are connected we didn't have fresh air during the night. There was a hole in the wall and the tv didn't work. Doorpost bathroom was broken. Both the bathroom door and normal door couldn't be locked. And it was very noisy. Got woken up at 7.30 am by running and screaming people.

The room had a microwave, fridge and cutlery.

Firstly, during my 3-day stay, I only saw the receptionist on the last day. The reception was mostly closed. While collecting the keys, I couldn't find the receptionist. Only after calling the numbers, I got the email about how I can collect the keys. Some of the lights were not working and the room was dark. The walls and windows are not soundproof either.

The beds were comfortable. Although it was cleaned only once, the room was adequately clean. Facilities were working properly except for lights. The hotel is not in the center of the city, but it is still easy to get to the downtown.

The room was quite big, but the smell was very bad; I assume the previous occupants smoked. We couldn't freshen the air. Moreover, people smoked in the hallways—very noisy. The door squeaked badly, and for hot water, you had to wait at least 10 minutes, inconvenient if in a hurry. We called several times to pick up the key, and they mispronounced both of my names, making it challenging to find it

The receptionist was almost never there A couple of friends cot COVID and could not come. Despite the medical certificates and despite informing ebooking and the host immediately, and many rooms were free, the host does not want to refund

Property and stay was ok, but we arrived at 7 pm and there were no reception as there is no night shift reception, And the main door of the buildings was locked! There were a safe at the door that i should open via code (code was sent to me by email) to open the main door and then open my room!! But i wasn’t aware of this movie like steps and no one told me that those steps are required at first place Luckily i could manage to call the property and they gave me the code to open the door,

The beds were not particularly comfortable. The bathroom had a musty smell and some mold was visible in the shower. Towels were torn in some places. The location is not particularly central, although not horrible either. The building looks run-down and frankly miserable.

Nothing, really. Consider this place only as a last resort if money's tight.

The floor was very dirty when we arrived it didn’t seem like it was vacuumed. The pillows are very small and uncomfortable. The overall smell of the room was a bit off. The bathroom smelled bad. Overall just not a very clean, comfortable environment to live in.

Cheap price, bus stop is only a few minutes walk away.

1. Bathroom window is broken and anybody standing at the outdoor staircase can look in. Repair needed and glass should be changed to frosted type. 2. Our room 108 has a glass door to the back small landing which is broken too. 3. Small landing was never swept or cleaned ages ago. Advisable to put a broom and dustbin out on the small landing so that we can help to sweep. Furthermore the chairs and table are so dirty, an eye sore to the place. 4. Bathroom rubber lining should be replaced as they are blackish. 5. Bathroom drainage not working very well. 6. We stayed for 8 nights and only on the 7th day, we were given a change of towels.🤷 7. Would be good to have broom and dustpan in room as those who stays longer can upkeep the room themselves.

It was difficult to wash the dishes, as there was no dish soap provided. The kettle was not very clean, and neither were the dishes when we arrived.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a microwave, fridge and kettle. Also crockery and cutlery were provided.

On arrival there was no one in Reception to help us. I had to walk through the place to find someone cleaning a room who could not speak English either. The place smelt of smoke. There was no Aircon. Not all the rooms had fans and it was very hot as you don't feel like you can leave a door open. Not all of our rooms were ready when we arrived for check in. You have to pay extra if you want your room cleaned. Our TV in our room did not work. we never complained as we were there on business so did not really have the need to watch TV.

After finding someone to help us check in. The host gave us a fan when we asked about no AC. They did supply us with fresh towels when we asked. Our room was clean.

Getting in to the building was a bit of an issue as there was no clear number to phone on arrival and no passcode in my email. However, we got there in the end

Good location, 5 minute walk from the main purpose of our stay which was Anderlecht v Ajax.
