Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyListed facility spa is not in this hotel, it is in sister hotel nearby. There was a smell at the entry but room was OK. All the other things was just great.
Location was great, very close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants. There is a paid parking space for hotel and free spaces for short periods. You are lucky if you stay there on saturday because city parking is free that night. Electric car charging is also available accross the street and many parking spaces in 5min walk. Staff are lkind and nice people. You may checkin remote and get key to mobile. I have prefered traditional method but they have this option.

GermanyHotel was fully booked that is why we ended up in room 516. Unfortunately the room was tiny, there was a constant noise in the room and it was very hot. The aircondition did not work. We had to open window and it was very loud. I am sorry but room 516 is the worst room I have every slept in, including many bagpacker trips.

GermanyThe checkin was somewhat complicated: I arrived early in the morning so I deposited the luggage at the reception. As the room was not ready yet, I didn't receive a keycard and I was told, that the reception will be closed in the late evening. But there is a cooperation with the neigbouring hotel with a 24/7 reception, so I should get the final keycard there - but the staff there was not trained to do so.
Spacious combo with two smaller rooms (bedroom & sitting room, the latter I used to store my luggage).

Bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat. But I have to give personal thanks to Luciano (like the singer Pavarotti). When my arrival was delayed, he went out of his way for me on check in.

(successful examples use visual clues, such as icons with a person sleeping or green and red. not that I didn’t like this, just a usability improvement suggestion.
