Everything , especially the location . Edmund was truely a superhost , not only did he he bak us croissants every morning during our stays, but he also gave us many information about hanging around in Brussels. In addition, the cats were super adorable.

Nothing was bad..

Price vs. performance balance is superp. At a secure and safe location. 5 minutes walking distance to Grand Place. There is no need to look for another place in Central Brussells. Landlord "Ed" is a great personality.. So kind and helpful to guests.. The family room was well decorated, warm and clean.. All flowers in vases inside and outside (on the garden table) were fresh ones.. it would take too much time to write every detail here.. It's definitely the only stop for my next round.. Thank you, Ed..

The room was spacious and very clean, comfortable bed (that is not often to find). The apartment was providing free coffee and milk, cereals, and jams for breakfast, which, again, you don't find very often. The owner was very polite and a great host. His cats stole our hearts. All in all super!

Edmund is an amazing host, we tried all the places he recommended and we were amazed. We made the most of Brussels thanks to his recommendations. He is very patient and understanding. The guesthouse has the best location possible in Brussels. I loved coffee too.

The owner of the place is extremely nice and very fun to talk to. The Room was very clean. The Holiday Apartment itself is also located very nicely. I really enjoyed my stay and I can definetly recommend staying there as well.

Edmund has really put the time and energy into making this space a home away from home - cats and all - taking care of his guests and the space alike. So many lovely details, from the types of shower gels to the pillows, to the tea and coffee counter. He is attentive and present for guests, ensuring a great and comfortable experience. The location couldn’t be more perfect (and even more so especially for LBGTQI+ visitors).

Lovely stay, in an awesome location. Bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Pubs, restaurants and waffles places all within minutes walking distance. But no outside noise coming in from the street so I slept soundly both nights of my stay.

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a good shower, and well-equipped amenities. The highlight was the lovely terrace, although we couldn't enjoy it due to the weather. It's wonderful that tea, coffee, toast, and cereal are provided in the communal area. I highly recommend this accommodation. Many thanks to Edmund, the super friendly host, for his helpful tips, and to his two adorable cats.

The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms and they are a little small. This didn't bother us much and did not impact our stay, but thought I would mention for those who like bigger bathrooms.

The host Edmund was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. He recommended attractions, spots, and restaurants for us to check out (which we did and they were all great!). There is a shared common area with coffee, tea, and snack options. Edmund had chocolate and tea advent calendars that we could open during the dates of our stay which was unique and thoughtful. Also, his cats were so cute! The location of the stay is amazing - 10/10. It was easily walking distance from food, main attractions, train station, etc. The room was also comfortable and a good size for two people. Thank you Edmund for a great stay. If I'm ever back in Brussels, I would rebook Guesthouse Bxlroom.
