Carpet was dirty and stained and the overall decor is dated, the bathroom was dusty and overall the hotel is definitely in need of an overhaul and some investment.

Little dated corridor and lift but nothing in particular.

After staying I think this hotel deserve a good value rating instead of pleasant. I would rate 8 based on location, cleanliness, comfortable beds. Building and inside corridors seems little dated but rooms and bed were really clean and good. Basic amenities but good location walking distance to vilvoorde station. Free parking is also a plus. Booked for 1 night to check the hotel out and than decided to extend for 2 more nights.

The whole point of staying was to break up a road trip and to maximise sleep. Check in took nearly half an hour despite us being the only customer there and we had a reservation. Meanwhile we were tired and frustrated and had no information suggest our booking was anything but routine. Room was ok but a little tired.

Was well located near the station and easy to park just outside brussels. The room was warm with plenty of hot water. Checkout was quick and easy

Carpet in entrance to room could do with updating. Only 2 out of 4 lightbulbs in the bathroom working. I found using the bath to shower slippy and quite dangerous to use.

Great staff, food was good and comfortable room plus English speaking channels on tv.

Bath had a curtain instead of glass screen. It made showering a little bit uncomfortable. Bathroom walls look like they are dirty. It can be also the color.

I didn’t had any power outlet on the both bedsides to plug in my phone to recharge it. Plus also in all the Room you could not find more that 2 power outlet that one was used for the TV and the second for the water heater. So in the end if you book the room for 2 persons there is no possibility to charge 2 phones during the night when you stay in bed and want to watch TV.

Everything else. Especially the heater which was broken. I asked for it to be fixed, but no one came to the place or told me anything about it. I spent 3 days sleeping in the cold.

Room is in serious need of renovation. Some examples: Crack in toilet bowl, lots of noise from the ventilation system in the bathroom. weird smell in the room. Noisy rooms.

Lift got damaged and wasn’t repaired, people with heavy luggage had to use stairs without help from the hotel staff. Didn’t clean hairs in the bathroom on the days I asked the room to be cleaned.

Nice hair dryer, coffee and tea available in the room.
