At breakfast, there were only oranges, no other fruit. It would have been nice to have some apples or pears or bananas. Also, tea drinkers are ignored completely. In the room, there was a Nespresso machine and coffee capsules, but I do not drink coffee. It would have been nice to have a kettle and 1 or 2 teabags. The bed was too soft to my liking.

Decent hotel, but grossly overpriced for what it is. Check-in starts exactly at 3pm, no one at reception desk before that time to accept your luggage. The TV in the room was unplugged, no remote control provided (took two calls to reception to fix). Bath tub wasn't entirely clean. Decent (yet overpriced) breakfast, but staff was too preoccupied to even notice us or provide us with cutlery. Carbon Sense balinese massage was excellent with friendly staff, though we had to prove we had paid beforehand as they couldn't see that in their system.

Large room with large bathroom and excellent king size bed (Deluxe Room). Ample parking space (paid) right under the hotel. In the city center of Genk close to shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful, even at a busy road/train station and on a saturday night.

Wonderful stay. I got a room upgrade that made my stay even better. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are all located at the back of the hotel so you don't experience any noise from the street. The breakfast is so good, I can only recommend. You are free to use the wellness facilities during your stay so another plus! I am definitely coming back.

Breakfast is pricey for what was offered and the bar closed when the restaurant was finished so a quiet drink after about 11 o’clock was not possible. My room was quite warm with air on seemingly not able to cope.

Good central location although I was only visiting one place and had a car so not able to comment about other things to see, transport etc. Rooms are large and quiet.

Very modern room and bathroom in “carbon black” atmosphere. Easy access to the underground safe parking facility. Location is a good starting point for bicycle trips. Delicious Italian restaurants nearby.

I appreciated the kindness of the staff that welcomed us with an unexpected upgrade. The room was nicely decorated in "carbon style". Shower was very good. comfortable the washing products dispensers, even the body cream one, linen was in good conditions, tv was ok, no bad smells in the room and from the pillows. Location is also very good. Really nothing to complain. Thank you once again to Carbon hotel.

I am not a big fan of black interior, black curtains hat white spots, not clean, 2nd floor is not recommended due to A/C unit noise. Breakfast is expensive when not included in room price.
