Malika was a great host. The appartment was great, way better than you would expect from the outside. Spacious and it had everything we needed. Clean towels where provided and a good shower. We stayed with 4 kids. We went during winter so we did not use it but it has a big balcony as well.

Extraordinary place with an awesome view from the balcony. And the host is really friendly and pretty helpful at any time if needed.

In a wonderful vibrant location like this there will be street noise and on an unusually hot and humid night with the windows open that noise will be more obvious. It did not spoil what is a lovely modern apartment.

This was a very good stay and we were well looked after. As other guests have noted, sadly there is an unventilated chainsmoker elsewhere on the floor so the corridor is vile; so too is the foyer where nighttime brought a homeless person and daytime had a constant smell of soup cooking. However once you are through the door to the apartment this is mostly forgotten - there is so much space and light. Just occasionally the smoke stink reached the bedroom; the host has provided scented oils around the apartment which help to redress this issue. Checkin was ok after we worked around the host’s insistence that we join WhatsApp - not every guest wants to treat Meta as a trusted public utility - the host helpfully explained the arrival process over the phone instead, and all went well after that.

A hugely spacious, well appointed apartment. The floor to ceiling windows all the way along one wall give a great view of the busy multicultural life in the little square below, while also providing excellent soundproofing. You can sit outside on a little balcony in nice weather too. Upmarket bathroom with good shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was greatly appreciated - right next door, easily accessible, enough space for a fairly large car. (Beware some other listings who claim to have parking but basically want you to park on the streets where a residents’ permit is required - by contrast this one genuinely provides private parking right at the apartment.) Location was good for us as we wanted easy access to concerts at de Singel (10 min or so by tram) - it is in a residential suburb not the historic part of town now the trendy Zuid - but you can reach both areas with 25 mins walk or on a tram. Host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended.

As there is no AC , i suggest to install net in the windows or doors to protect us from the moscitos The drier of the washing machine need to cleane , maintenance aa there is bad smell in the drum The sofa in the living room need to clean up , it is dirty The TV remote controle in the bed room is not work

The location is good no need to taxi , car or any transport to the center The decoration was good and the facilities such as the jaccuzi was wonderful The kitchen was exceptional

Even if the building was relatively new, neighbors behavior not so adequate. The main entrance hall, the lifts and common areas in the building were dirty and hardly smell tobacco smoke. Some drink cans find on the stairs. But despite this Malika is able to transport you to another dimension when you cross the door to her apartment. It is really clean and well prepared to offer you the best stay in there.

The hallways smelled badly like cigarette smoke. I had to hold my breath between the elevator and the apartment door. The apartment itself was perfumed, I think to keep the smoke out, so it was fine in there. Oddly just one bath towel for two guests and it had a huge bathtub begging for more towels.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Tons of light. View of the park. Wraparound deck. Big kitchen, nice bed. Mostly quiet. Great bathtub, though I couldn't figure out how to use the jacuzzi jets. Very well decorated in general. Felt like being outdoors but with inside amenities. Overall very elegant but comfortable. It's how I would want to live, not Ikea everywhere.

For those few days a year that it is really hot an airconditioning would be welcome but all other days this is no issue.

The fact it felt a bit seedy with a mirror above the bed, mood lighting and a pole dancing post in the main bedroom. Hard to explain to our 3 young and teenage daughter why they were there.
