It was not so practical that the shower had no door, but we learned that was only the case for the rooms with garden view.

No air conditioning in the room which I didn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. Weather was not too hot but the room was very warm and too hot to sleep well.

I am disabled and the disabled rooms are by the lift and reception so very noisy. The hotel has a hot tub, spa but charge by the hour to book and use these facilities.

personally found the price a bit too high. But since it was my first time in the belgian coast that must be the prices there the entrance and reception had a strange smell, a mix of sweat and dirty sauna They do have a car parking but its paid extra, 10 euros for an open air parking behind the hotel or 20 euros for a garage box under the building

The internet was not very good and really hard to connect to. Also, there were stains on the bed and the pillows were very tiny for an adult.

Parking must be free for guests who stay more than 1 overnight. We stayed 3 nights and still our parking fee is not free. 😔

Breakfast too simple, no vegetables at all but good fresh orange juice, difficult to boil your egg, very good room, very comfortable, but no air conditioning (as in the offer), finally we had a fan! only one elevator both for guests and staff! very good restaurant! nice staff extraordinary clean room!

the parking reservation is not required, however, there could be no free places when you arrive. this is disappointing.

Cleanliness in the restaurant (for the breakfast) could be improved quite a bit. The staff did the bare minimum to clean after people were done eating and tables and chairs were still dirty.

Limited breakfast options. We found the complete lack of vegetables strange and unsatisfying. :( Big bed was actually two single beds set together but not permanently fixed together, they had a tendency to move away from each other causing a hole in the middle. :(

I don't think our floor was vacuumed, because our feet got dirty after walking barefoot in our room. I suggest bringing house slippers, since there is no carpeting in the entire suite. My husband and I slept in the main room that has two twin beds pushed together. Unfortunately, both beds kept separating, which created a gap in the middle, so my husband had to adjust the beds at least 2X in the middle of the night. The pillows provided were the size of a decorative pillow, I would suggest bringing your own pillow. I don't think the AC in the room worked, because the room got very hot at night, even with the heater off. We had to keep the balcony and the kids window open throughout the night.

Front desk staff spoke English, which made our check-in process easy and painless! We stayed 2 nights in a family suite that was very spacious and nicely decorated with contemporary furniture. I loved that the kids bunk-bed were in a separate room inside the suite. The kids had their own TV and small wardrobe. There is a large deep bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, both with amazing water pressure. The main room has a large TV, small fridge, coffee maker, and a sitting area. The balcony was an added bonus! Excellent breakfast selection for everyone in the family. Our son's basketball tournaments were scheduled for 0830, and the staff was kind enough to allow us to have breakfast at 0720, before breakfast opened at 0800. There is hotel parking located behind the building, which made it easy to park our RAM truck.

No internet connection possible on the TV. Dependent on TV programmes. Few restaurants open in vicinity in low or mid season. Not very personal. Well organized but minimal contact with staff.

Penthouse room, fantastic terrace. No great view but good to chill. Easy parking, free if min 2 days. Great bathroom, spacious, rain shower. Coffee machine and tea facility.
