Just something which is good to know - entrance to the parking is a bit before entrance door, there are no signs on it. Entrance is rather narrow, although no problem for midsize car

I really liked everything in regards to our stay. Excellent customer service. All logic questions you may have in regards to your stay at the accommodation are covered in one way or another. You can tell the service has been thought through well. You are also provided with helpful information in regards to visiting Gent itself, which was much appreciated. We had a family studio and it was nice, spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds even though they are a bit small. The latter can be said of the hotel in general. Cleaning staff was also really nice. Leaving our car behind pre check-in would have been no issue, but as it turned out we were able to check-in well before the designated check-in time too, which was a pleasant surprise. Of course it has to be said that this was not in a busy season, but still. Parking is in a safe closed off area. The breakfast was included and is really good. Being from mainland Europe, continental is just fine for us and the selection and set up were nice. The proximity to the centre of Gent is perfect in my opinion. A nice 10 to 15 minutes leisurly walk is all it takes through a nice neigbourhood. Very little noise from the streets at night also. I would definitely stay here again.

I could not fault the property.

Lovely Breakfast. Good fresh produce. Room was very clean and tidy. There was enough blankets/pillow to make us comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Everything; great location (about 15 minute picturesque walk into the centre of town) staff were friendly, apartment itself was clean and tidy, contained everything you might need. Comfortable beds, powerful shower and soundproofing seemed very effective, it was so quiet that it felt at times like we had the building to ourselves! Already planning our return trip 🙂

This hotel is definitely a high value for your money. We are a couple with a 4 year old boy. They added an extra bed to the main room for our son. You need to reserve one or else they may run out. The breakfast was good enough with different alternatives for everyone. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice. The reception was very friendly and helpful. We bought bus tickets from the hotel (no price difference) to travel to city center. It's a 15-20 minute walk or 7-8 min bus ride. All in all we were very pleased with our stay.

This is a good option for drivers, although be warned that it's in the Vehicle Restricted Zone which means you will need to reigster the car when you arrive. It was no trouble; the very friendly staff took car of it. The place is a good fifteen-minute walk from central Ghent, but it's quite a pleasant walk alongside a canal. Also, its location just on the outskirts of old Ghent makes it easy to drive to if you're coming by car. You don't want to be driving into central Ghent! If you're not driving, you may want to get a place in central Ghent. But for us, the aparthotel was exactly what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was quite basic and a little repetitive by the sixth morning.

I really liked the layout of the property and it had everything I needed. It gave me flexibility (sometimes I ate in the room and sometimes out). The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well.
