The room was very tiny and not cleaned properly. We have reserved a room with 4 separate beds, but we got a room with 3 beds only! The bathroom was very small, and also not very clean. There was no proper ventilation, no AC in general, which is very annoying in summer. The hotel doesn’t provide drinking water, tea/ coffee. The hotel staff is not available, which makes it hard to communicate with them. They are nice but not really helpful, since no one is there at the reception. However, the staff was nice enough to keep our drinks in the hotel/ restaurant fridge, since there was no fridge in the room.

The hotel has a great location, only a few min from the city center!

No breakfast. No cleaning service in a week! Place needs a clean (mosquitos blatted on the wall; dust in the air con; front door handle needs fixing; electric socket is not secure).

Location is fantastic - close to the main square. Scenery is lovely on 3rd floor (+2).

We had to check in after 22.00 and they demanded us 50 euro extre, which they should say this in information page. They just write down “if you will check in late, contact with the hotel” but nothing else. There was not much staff, i only saw one and also there was nobody in reception most of the time so it was also a bit weird.

Location is perfect, it is few minutes walking to the city center and also close to dome cool restaurants&bars. Room and beds was also clean&comfortable.

The staff is very unresponsive and room is very basic. We had requested for an extra bed and it was accepted. But on the day of travel we were denied the extra bed and staff refused to accept that they accepted the request. It was a horrible experience because of that. I had to find another hotel. I had to go through the entire city to find a place as it was the peak season and nothing was available then

The door to the bathroom was just a thin cheap sliding door which didn't offer much privacy as it didn't close properly.

Superb location, so central to the heart of Bruges. The owner was very helpful, even told us where we could park our motorbikes for free to avoid getting a parking ticket. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a cheap no thrills hotel.

When I arrived I rang the bell and nobody show up. I was waiting outside in the rain and cold. Finally when the man arrived he was not polite. The room was ok, not hoy special. The bathroom has no carpet and there was not shampoo.

The place was too expensive and non -refundable.There were no staff seen nor heard at the reception or any place at the hotel,except for the person who gave us the key at the start of our stay. There was a hole in the pillowcase. The room was cold and musty. The stairs were steep and dangerous.

not a major problem but towels were not replaced .had one set of towels for 5 days, just something i wasn't aware of . we couldn't find the parking that was mentioned on the website.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, useless customer service. Misleading pictures, small bathroom, bad views, barely working tv, no bin in the room, only 1 very small and thin soap provided in the bathroom, smells, PAPER thin walls, impossible to stay in the room because of this issue.The owner refused to talk to me over the phone, they didnt offer alternative options nor give me refund because I had to leave and find an another hotel last minute! Do not be fooled by the pictures and PLEASE do yourself a favour and find an another hotel, there are so many in the area.

The bathroom is disgusting. The receptionist took advantage of us. These are the second time that with booking.com we have to pay extra money. We are unsure to use again. Booking.com said will help to resolve/return the money and nothing happened.
