It wasn't overly clear in the directions how to access the property, that you have to go through the restaurant, so I got a bit lost at first looking for the entrance. I did get a bit of noise from performers in the square kind of late on one night, but normally it seems adequately quiet after hours.

The location was unbeatable, and the rooms themselves were comfortable and clean.

The room was good and comfy, it was basic but nice enough. The staff was friendly and useful. The view from the room was AMAZING (the Belfry right in front of the window). The location is right in the middle of Grote Markt (the best and most central location!) but still we didn't get bothered by any noise.

It is good for 1-2 nights stay, but I would probably not want to stay here for a whole week.

Location, Location, Location. You can’t beat this amazing location. Hotel is what it portrays to be - rooms in an inn. Clean . Friendly staff.

The room wasn't as clean as I would expect it to be. A lot of stains on the carpet and huge amount of dead mosquitos on the ceiling and walls.

Mattresses felt like they were nearing the end of their lives and could do with replacement. The flooring, whilst quite a clever idea (plastic raffia-esque matting that I assume provides comfort and durability) seemed like it was difficult to clean properly as there were a few stains dotted about, like toothpaste spots in the bathroom)

Excellent location right on the Grote Markt, only a stone's throw away from the nearest parking (Biekorf). The room was quiet, compact but spacious enough, warm and cosy. Staff were friendly and check in was a breeze. The shower was excellent! The room was towards the back of the property and was perfectly peaceful and quiet. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have it so can't comment on the taste.

breakfast was ok, however there was no self service for coffee and required a staff member to make to order, which lead to some staff that were there being a little grumpy.

The floor wasn't carpeted so was quite odd, it also wasn't the cleanest room as there was the remains of a dead insect and dust in quite a few places. There is no proper check in desk, you have to enter the restaurant and go to by the restaurant bar, you basically get checked in by the restaurant staff.

The bed we were given was a twin, not a double, but worked out as it meant we could have our own duvet each. The bathroom was good and the hotel is central, Brugge is such a small space you're within a 15 minute walk of all the sights. Bruge is a lovely place and you don't really need any more than 2 days there.

We could have done with a bin the room. A change of towels would have been welcome (though I am sure if we asked we would have been given a fresh set).

We had a room facing out onto Central Square. It was lovely to see all the activity happening on the square and to have a view of such an iconic setting. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Nothing to not like. Perfect stay.

Everything! Breakfast was excellent. The room looked out to the Belfort. Was able to open the windows and enjoy the noise and bustle and close the blackout shades to sleep at night. All the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Steps away from laundry was an added plus.

The location is amazing, we stayed in a room facing the market and it’s an amazing view to wake up to. The rooms aren’t the biggest but they are as big as you’d need them to be, with a large bathroom. The staff were really welcoming and funny.

Rooms were very small with only a window in the bathroom. Old fashioned key to get in to the hotel at night (after the restaurant closed) and for the room - as we had 2 x twin rooms it meant both occupants had to go back to the hotel at the same time. Would much prefer an electronic key-fob set up so there is no restriction on entry

Excelent modern room. Absolutely divine buffet breakfasf. Amazing Staff. Very good restaurant. The best terrazas in the Main square of the city. No traffic. Lots of tourists.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Market Square. Staff were very helpful even when we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Buffet breakfast has a very good spread, so lovely to have breakfast while taking in the view of the belfry and the buzz from the market.
