Cannot speak with anybody. I called several times number of the phone in the different days but nobody was answering and there was always answering machine. I asked also invoice for my company in special request when I booked the room,leaving all data. I never got response Bathroom is separate but it’s not far away from the room.

The shower felt a little dated and you could hear the neighbours fairly well through the walls. Still, not enough for it to be a big deal.

Great, central location with good parking. Very easy communication with the host. Nice, spacious room with a little balcony, which was a quaint bonus. Easy and secure access. I avoid booking rooms with shared facilities, but this one was nice and easy.

Town it selfe , people look at you like they want something from you, i didnt wanted to be out side more than 30 min, doesnt look friendly people, i saw some of gangs , drug dealers in day light on the streets

The bathroom is outside the room....it means you have to exit your room in through the lounge area to the bathroom. In the middle of the night it can be a bit of a pain.

The owner is very friendly and the room clean and tidy........fridge in the room is good with a wide screen satellite tv. with British channels.

The Toilet and Shower where in another room so had to walk along the landing to use the Facilities. Could hear people coming and going to the other rooms with creaky floorboards.

The Location was a 20 minute walk from the Train station and was a bit difficult to find at night in the dark. The room was big and had tea/coffee facilities and a great tv which the owner had set up with all the English channels. Very clean and tidy room with a large double bed and a sofa to sit on to watch the tv.

Only one less positive comment, the traffic outside did become intense and loud after 8 am so not the best for sleeping-in after that. At night the area is extremely quiet in terms of traffic, only busy during the day. Ear plugs easily solved that issue.

I specially enjoyed the warm welcome and the attention of the host. The location is in the town center, I found a nice place to have dinner just next door, the room was spotless and had some very nice welcome items to make you feel at home immediately.

Staff dosnt speak English at all. No coffie fill up tea and sugar for 4 days. No towels changed ! But its ok . Shower been blocked and the water was stuck all the time and going to the floor. Smart tv wasn't work I mean tv was work but not connection to internet. Internet was so poor . Can't watch YouTube or Netflix . I was pay for the room and can't even watch anything very sad.

Nice room all house was nice . Open kitchen to all it's a good idea if you want eat something hot . Not much noises people in other room was ok . Shops were close. Good location . Fall in love in that city so far

The room wasn’t clean at all, we had a shared bathroom, the TV didn’t work, it was placed there only for design :)) And on a side note, the city is full of sketchy people and weird vibes, almost every restaurant in the city was closed after 18:00, a lot of weird guys followed us on the streets almost close to the location we had the room booked. PS: If you have a flight scheduled at the Charleroi airport please DO NOT think it’s a good or safe idea to take a room for the night in Charleroi. It’s not a good place for tourists. But all in all, I can understand the low price for how it looks the room in reality.
