So convenient. Near the train station. Lovely comfy beds. Our room was ready so could check in early. A great check out time 12 as other places on our trip were at 10am and 11am.

None really. I wish the guest toilet is on the first floor, but it is fine.

All process are done seamlessly. The kitchen is spotless. I love their location! It's five minutes from the bus station, and 8 minutes from the train station! The first floor restaurant is decent, the nearby Oliver's Sandwich has the best salads in the world with best price! Will definitely comeback next time.

The walls weren’t very clean.

The room was clean and the smell was amazing and the location was also the highlight of our stay. It was in the city centre very close to the central station and to the Flix bus station. Also the self check in and check out was easy to do.

It's a pity they've saved on reception / staff. For some people, this may make the hotel experience a bit impersonal perhaps.

Location is within walking distance of central station, city centre and museums, etc. Comfortable beds, and clean, good size rooms. Quiet room, bordering inner courtyard. Automatic check-in and check-out is quick and easy.

The only thing - I did not learn how to adjust the air conditioning in the room - the warm air did not come.

Interesting hotel - self-service for check in. Checking in is very simple and understandable - only I almost forgot to check out, there is nothing to remind me of it :) . There is a common kitchen - you can get water, put your food in fridge sit comfortably, others played the games they brought with them or played table tennis, which is on site or watsh TV, etc. - very cozy. The bathroom is spacious and bright and with heated floor. Location, right next to the main bus station and 10 minutes away from the train station. You have to walk to the attractions, but despite that - a very good place. The bed was comfortable - especially for those who like a soft bed.

there was a used condom in the bin in our room :( there was no shelf in the shower to put your own shampoo/conditioner if you brought some with you

I loved the hotel overall, it was a great choice for the price and for a short stay. It has a great location with 10-25 min walk to everything we wanted to see. Super close to the Central station and Flixbus station. The room is comfortable with enough space. After checking out you can still use the common space on the ground floor. There is an amazing cafe with really delicious breakfasts, so you won’t need to look for something in the city.

There is no kettle and teas in the room, all you have to go downstairs and use the shared kitchen facility. Not provide the free bottle water, no reception,check-in by machine, some little confusions

Travelling with children requires showing id cards for whole family. This meant automatic checkin did not work. Unfortunately, there was nobody from the hotel staff there at that time, resulting in a 15 minute wait.

Location is great right in center of Antwerp. Hotel is modern with an industrial look and feel. Automatic checkin and checkout assisted by staff is a good idea. Breakfast in associated café was good and affordable.
