One small improvement I'd suggest is regarding the shower area - it was a little frustrating that it would be closed off from 9:30p.m. since we would usually get back after that. That area also includes most of the basins so everyone has to take turns brushing their teeth at one basin after 9:30p.m. which was also not great.

The staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved our little welcome basket with all the locally made goodies and the breakfast every morning. The facilities were always clean. The location is great if you want to visit the park because you can just walk there.

There is no any air cooling or place with air cooling at the territory- it was a big problem, because it was about 37 degrees outside and we can’t come to tent all day because it’s on the open space without any shadow and there was critically hot inside. The same problem is in the park - theirs no any place to hide from extreme heat. All excursions and signs are in French or German. It is very difficult to find stuff who speaks English to explain everything. It was a big problem to understand park working time and moving totes inside the park, because people from stuff told us different information every time. So at 4 pm. we realized that last entrance to wild park was at 15:30, but nowhere was signed about schedule.

The place is atmospheric and and interesting. The tent was enough big for us with two kids. there is a playground and ping-pongs, barbecue places at the territory. Also ve received small travel fridge for cooling snacks and water. breakfast is tasty, we also bought barbecue set- it was very good and also very tasty. You have free access to the wild park and grot excursion.
