Having coffee available for free would be a nice benefit. Many hotel have it available at least in the morning! Large benefit with limited cost. Was not interested in a big breakfast. Besides that - all is good!

Privacy in the bathroom was the only issue, as the sliding doors didn't shut all the way which means you can hear everything. Make sure you bring noise cancelling headphones for the person not in the WC to wear :D

The room was overall really comfortable and quiet. The staff was 5 stars, nice, helpful and accommodating. The location is great if you want to be central and equidistant from everywhere in the city whilst still being tucked away in a quiet nook of town. Absolutely great little place, highly recommend!

the warm water disn't last very long, maybe because at peek hour 7/8pm a lot of people is showering, but generally is not very warm.

The rooms are a little small and arguably Spartan. But they are clean and you only sleep there don't you?

The restaurant and bar areas are buzzy and vibrant and very popular. Staff are friendly and helpful and great fun. Food was great little sharing plates.

Bathroom was extremely small and bathroom door needed repair, did not close or fit the door jam.

The walls are quite thin and the bedroom doors slam shut so a little noisy at times.

A lovely little hotel with a fabulous atmosphere. The bar, restaurant and outdoor areas are really welcoming and are vibrant at night. The restaurant seems to be booked up every night so plan ahead for the day after. Staff could not be more helpful. We had small double rooms and although they are small, they were immaculately clean and comfortable with everything you need. There was english channels on the TV if you need a quiet few hours. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the central square and the canals. A little gem.

The bathroom needs updating and the door didn't seal so there wasn't the privacy we would hope for.

The location was excellent, and the room was nice with large windows & blackout curtains and a little seating area. We didn't use the patio or pub but the option was great.

The tv didn’t work (not a problem for us) People were loud on the halls in the morning.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We only stayed here for 1 night so it was good enough for us. Besides the noise everything was great.

Our triple room had a very small and cramped bathroom. Very little storage space for 3 adults. One small pillow each. Room was very warm but if we opened the window it was very noisy due to bar guests in the courtyard. Not the hotel's fault, but both nights we were disturbed by VERY noisy guests. The first night, people banged loudly for 10 minutes on the door of the room above. The second night, two guests were arguing loudly. Other than that, the location is very peaceful and so handy for the centre. It's a shame the walls are so thin!

Excellent location. Friendly, informative staff. Rooms were very clean and maid service was provided. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Lovely, fluffy towels. We didn't use the bar but it seemed very popular and lively.

It was an old building so you can hear a lot of noise. The bar and restaurant downstairs are lively and busy, so maybe not first choice for families.

Amazing location in the heart of Bruges, minutes walk from Market Square. Good value for money and spacious rooms.

We had 2 doubles and one triple, the doubles were small but were advertised as small doubles so can’t complain.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms nicely decorated and furnished. Great location, a short walk from main square.

The room was a little small. The wall at the hotell was a bit thin (noisy).

Hotell in the centre of Brugge. Nice staff and a very good brealfast. Had a very nice restaurant and a bar on the first floor in the evening.
