Steep stairs to get to rooms. No lift. But they are renovating next year and this will improve

Attention to details. There are few things to be fixed in the room. The window had one curtain only which was not covering the whole window. Wardrobe door needs some attention and mattress was a bit lower at one side.

Excellent location! All the staff is very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. The bar is superb with a great sellection of beers and very good food!

Amazing location in middle of town. Cafe/Bar downstairs is a highlight of Brugge, a must visit if you have even just a passing interest in Belgian Beer.

One of our rooms were next to the stairs and it was a little bit loud during the late evening and night when other residents of the hotel came back to their rooms.

A wonderful location at the heart of Bruges. the rooms were quite comfortable. we decided to give such a high ranking to the hotel because the stuff was extremely nice and helpful!

Could be noisy at night, even on a Wednesday. There was no water in the room when I bought one from the bar downstairs it cost €4.50! Also I was in a triple room on my own and it was fine but three people in there might have been a bit tight.

We stayed in the room on the highest floor , not great with having a little one. There was no toilet door 🫣

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were cheerful and chatty with us. The hotel is in the centre of town and everything is walkable. The station is about a 20/25 minute walk. The bar downstairs is superb and I believe one of the higher rated bars in Bruges. The staff were very knowledgable and gave excellent recommendations.

Bathroom was a little small. The room doors tend to slam if you’re not careful so they’re a bit noisy if a guest isn’t courteous

Location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to be anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes at the most. The bathroom was a small but still clean and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel’s breakfast was great and the food at their cafe was absolutely amazing. They take special care to have the cafe courtyard closed in the late evening so to not bother guest with rooms facing it.

Friendly staff provided great service. The location is central but far enough from action to be quiet. The food at the bar (evening and breakfast) was excellent and good value.
