Our neighbors that were loud during the night and we could not sleep. The bathroom sink was not working very well, it took a while before the water was gone. Not a big fan of glass doors for the bathroom.

Very modern, clean and open space. Rooms were very spacious. Location was nice, enough shops and cafes around. City was walkable.

Some of the staff didn’t provide a good customer experience and were quite short when I requested some items. Their tone could be more helpful.

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Having a good selection for vegetarians and vegans. Excellent waiters for dinner who were very attentive to my needs.

Breakfast at 26eur was unaffordable. Service at the bar was slow. No real coffee in room (only instant powder - a MAJOR minus in my view for price) and surcharge for a coffee via room service would have been 7.50eur. Water in room also missing snd no I don’t want to drink it from bathroom tap!

Comfy room, nice living room/reception area for co-working, meeting colleagues. Check in and out was smooth.

The area during the week-end is without any open restaurant or pub and the restaurant in the hotel is closed as well.

Very nice hotel in the area of the EU commission. Nice and large room, clean, and good breakfast. Very close to the metro Art Loi, one supermarket and 15 min walking distance to the center. There is also a small fitness room, with a sufficient number of equipment.

It was a bit hard to find at the beginning, a bit far away from the train (not metro station).

It’s about 10 minute walk to the busy streets also when you arrive you are greeted with this comfortable atmosphere, the receptionist were really nice and although we did not eat at the restaurant the hotel had, the hotel room had their own water cattle which me and my friend (both students) boiled noodles to eat. The lobbies were also nice and although the elevator was small it was comfortable with it’s lightning. The room was way nicer than we thought, it had an hairdryer and the shower looked very updated, the room included shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner and a lot of towels. Not only that we found a mini fridge and iron in the closet as well as a safe for your important belongings. The metro station was also super close, like three minutes away. If I’m visiting Brussels again I will stay here if I had the chance.

Hotel is located near EU buildings and has nice bar and restorant, but food is pricy. Rooms are very clean and comforable. Breakfast is super nice.

First of all our booking didn't include breakfast, because hotel's breakfast was abnormally expensive. All of the meals had a higher price than their worth. Also after the housekeeping a lady came by our room to check if it was cleaned and if we were happy with the cleaning. The logic was pretty useful and nice but getting in the room without checking if the guests are in is not appropriate. We would like these little topics to be taken into consideration. Thanks in regards.

The property was very cute, cozy and welcoming. Stuff working at the hotel were always nice and friendly. Hotel was clean in general. There was almost nothing disturbing.

I was upgraded to a larger room which even had a mini sauna. All faclilities needed for a one night stay. Clean, spacious, good location for business visits to premises of the EC.

A great experience, right near the city center. It was so easy to get to anywhere from the hotel. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, even managed with my terrible french. The room was very cozy and clean, new towels every day, it was just perfect. Loved the bed.

While my overall experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Brussels was exceptionally positive, if I had to point out one minor aspect, it would be that the Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas of the hotel was a bit inconsistent, and the casting from mobile devices to the room televisions did not work as instructed. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay, and the staff's responsiveness more than made up for it.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Courtyard Marriott! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed, and the amenities provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. From the inviting ambiance to the top-notch service, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend the Courtyard Marriott for a memorable and positive stay.
