No coffee machine in the room. Hotel pretty isolated feom downtown. There is however a free shuttle service courtes of the hotel.

I booked for 5 adults and received rooms for 2 adults and 3 children. 1 person slept on the couch, no extra sheets, pillow, towel. a bit disappointing but it’s ok for the price we paid per person. the most important was that we could stay together.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Adi, who were very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and room very spacious. Quality of bedding and toiletry were awesome. There was a good spread at the breakfast including omelettes made to order. Trams and Buses were easily available and were very close to the hotel with connections to city centre. Overall, very happy with the hotel and would definitely go back whenever in Brussels.

all the services you need to do it by yourself.. for example taking the bags from the car to the rooms by yourself .

the rooms of the hotel is very clean and the staff is more friendly .. and also they have halal chicken so it was easy for us to eat in the restaurant of the hotel.

The bathroom was not clean. There was a flannel left on the shower from a previous guest and food stuck in the plughole in the sink. There was no water in the room either and fridge was empty

Airport shuttle would have been 40 Euros for 4 people- each way. Local taxis were cheaper than that. I booked this hotel specifically for airport transfer to save money on taxis. Additionally, when we checked out we were hit with an additional 40 Euro city tax. Both of these fees should have been mentioned when booking.

The room was a tiny bit noisy - not at all w.r.t. other guests, but w.r.t. outside noises from street/trains/planes, but it was not really annoying. The staff only spoke English - not a problem at all for me, but Belgium has 3 national languages, of which English is not one. I would expect a (business) hotel in Brussels to at least be able to serve guests in Dutch or (better "and") French. Bonus points of a staff member can also handle German. :-)

Hotel was great for our needs. But location is far from center so I would not stay here to visit the city. Also, they offer parking for 25 Euros a day but there is a big parking place just near the hotel and parking is free from 21:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Great family room, very spacious with 2 double beds. Stayed here for one night to attend a concert nearby. Location is not at the center of Brussels so not sure I would stay here to visit the city, but if you need a nice hotel out of the center, this is a very nice place to stay and there is a lot of parking spaces near the hotel.

The tea coffee facilities were not enough. We were 4 adults and they only provide tea and coffee for two people. Also house keeping staff was very slow in getting towels etc.

Parking was complicated (getting in and out). Breakfast was boring and too expensive. Finding the hotel was not easy.

The front desk staff (David) who declined an early check in by 2 hours or less despite the room being available. He insisted we must pay €30 if we want to check in. Therefore, we had to wander out of property to kill time and this was contradictory to other locations we travelled (FR, NL) where early check in was accommodated free of charge.
