The WiFi wasn’t great but not a huge issue as we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Hotel Dansaert is in a great location, really close to Grand Place. The rooms are small but really clean and comfortable. The guy on reception was really helpful and recommended places for us to visit.

Wasn't aware the breakfast wasn't included in my stay (as there were multiple signs that said breakfast in the lobby), so I was surprised by having to pay 36 euro for breakfast when I left. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have gotten breakfast elsewhere.

The main lobby area is lovely. Location is great, walking distance to the Christmas markets which was my reason for visiting Brussels in December.

A bit to expensive, but I understand that this is a result of price increases everywhere in Bruxelles.

The wall behind the bed seemed like having a little too dust attached. The toilet was too close to the radiator making it uncomfortable to sit.

Good place for the money. The room is comfortable and the bed allows you a good sleep moment. The location is just perfect walking distance from the touristic places in town.

Our room was facing the road, it was very noisy especially at night when the bar across the road opened and it stayed open into the early hours of the morning. We only had one chair,so one of us had to sit on the bed. our room was on the first floor the stairs were very steep and winding,dont know what the rest of them were like Saying this if we could guarantee a inner room we would stay here again

The noise at night was very loud and you could hear everything clearly in your room. I had read reviews before arriving, so I knew to bring earplugs. If you're a light sleeper, I would choose a different location.

Excellent location. We were there for the Christmas markets, which were within walking distance. Good restaurants and bars in surrounding areas. The hotel is clean and the staff seem friendly.

Only thing was staff seemed reluctant to give us extra pillows even though you only get 1 per person - however did give us extra.

Heat up the eggs for the whole breakfast service.

Breakfast was fine, by but 9am there is little fruit salad left and the scrambled eggs, though tasty, were no longer hot.

The heater in the room felt dry. Had to open the window to let the air in at night.

The location is excellent. Its close to the eateries and shopping areas. Its near the train station.

Our room 506 was basic, no colour theme like the pictures I had previously seen on here. Staff were polite but did not offer anything other than hello, goodbye etc. Nothing wrong but I wouldn't say they were forthcoming. Bathroom was tiny, sink was quite difficult to use as it was that small, when spitting out Toothpaste you had to have your forehead touching the wall or you would miss the 6 inch wide sink. Clean enough but not immaculate.

Location was perfect. Beautifully designed lobby area, although a little small. So close to the markets, grand palace etc. Bed in the room was very large. The shower was piping hot and quite powerful. Comfortable stay and would visit again.

It’s on a very busy street and our rooms were on the front as we had selected a room with a balcony. It’s the centre so some noise is expected but the first few nights we really struggled to sleep as the noise was really bad until about 3am. Nothing the hotel can do, apart from maybe improve the doors to the balcony to block out more noise. Didn’t ruin our stay at all though, but worth mentioning for other people who look to stay here.

The location is brilliant, right in the centre and a step away from the Christmas Markets. Staff were very friendly, rooms were exceptionally clean and ever refreshed each day. “Lovely comfortable beds and facilities in the room. The balcony was a great addition too.
