The walls are very thin, allowing you to hear conversations from other guests and music from the outside bar, which often continues until 4 AM. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel might not be suitable for you.

The hotel's location is ideal for sightseeing. The breakfast was good. Coffee and tea were available in the room and replenished regularly. L'Occitane toiletries were provided, and the room was serviced daily.

The location of the hotel is perfect - only a few minutes away from the Bourse de Bruxelles and the Grand Place! A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, therefore perfect for a trip, no matter how long or short. The hotel itself was beautiful, provided everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come here again if we ever visited Brussels again!

The room was located to the street. Because of the noise, outside,in the evening and night we couldnt have the windows open. There was no airco in the room, so it was really very warm in it.

The room was very comfortable, the beds were too. A clean bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is close to the centre of brussels.

The shower was level with the floor so there was no way to prevent the floor from being wet during a shower. I could hear the toilet flush in the bathroom above mine, which was a little scary the first time lol. There was construction ongoing which meant it was a little loud during the day.

Breakfast was a typical European breakfast, satisfactory! The location was central to night life a bit of a trek from the train station but very convenient and gave you the opportunity to explore the city

No air con but we had windows and a fan and we were never hot so it was great in the end, just might be hotter in summer.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely soft beds and clean bright bedrooms. All the staff were very friendly. The price was great for the location so I was worried it would be an old hotel but the rooms were bright and clean. Held onto our bags when we arrived early and after check out.. Would stay here again.

Good ambience, very helpful young lady at the reception, made all phone calls and appointments for me, recommended the best coffee in town, etc. The room is OK size,, very functional design, clean, good water pressure in the shower, nice l'occitane toiletteries.

Very noisy at night. I had a room on the 1st floor facing the street, and although a great view and cute little balconies I had to sleep with ear plugs due to the noise from the bar across the street until 6am Friday and Saturday nights. I still slept fine but light sleepers may struggle.

Perfect location for exploring and doing touristy activities for a couple of days in Brussels. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast.
