Our hosts and the accommodations were all perfect. Breakfast each morning was more than we could have hoped for. We are still dreaming of the French toast. The location was just as we wanted - easily walkable everywhere and without the busy energy of being city-center. Our hosts provided us with restaurant recommendations and a map and suggested route. Our trip was wonderful, and we have them to thank!

The breakfast was excellent and the hosts were on hand to help us with our questions. They provided us with a map of Brugge and highlighted a walking route which enabled us to see so much. They also helped us with our trip to Ghent and could not have done more to help us. The location was beautiful. We had a lovely roof garden where we could sit out and relax. We definitely want to go back.

Lovely period building in a pretty area only 15 mins walk from the centre. Chantal and Christian were great hosts who found the right balance between friendliness and giving guests privacy. Wonderful homemade breakfast (granola, pancakes, bread, ham, cheese etc). Extremely comfortable room and bed.

The check-in time from 17.00-20.00. We adapted our plans to this but would have liked to check in earlier in the day. Everything else was wonderful!

Location is really close to the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The tips for all the places to be were excellent. Loved the breakfast!

Cannot find fault with anything in the property.

Really lovely building in an ideal location just outside the old town. 10-15 mins to the Belfry. It was immaculate inside and very clean. Room was a good size and bathroom great. Breakfast was really nice and the hosts are very welcoming and helped with lots of info about where to go and visit. Would strongly recommend staying here.

Superb small B&B. Free parking (arranged by the host) flat level access apart from a couple of steps by the front door. There is a lift inside the property for those with mobility issues. Spotless room, excellent breakfast, wonderful hosts. City centre is 10/15 minutes flat level walk. Highly, very highly recommended!

Chris and Chantal were very welcoming and helpful, from looking after the parking of our car, to providing us with maps and suggestions for a walking route and cafes to enjoy the authentic Bruges not just what the tourist circuit offers. The breakfasts were excellent, the room very comfortable and the location fantastic for walking in/out of the city.

the property was in a beautiful location, the room looked out over the canal. The hosts were so kind and left us homemade treats in our rooms each day and even offered to drive us to the train station when we were struggling to get a taxi

There weren't any negatives; everything was GREAT!

Breakfast was exceptionally tasty and timely. The wide variety of food was superb as were the host and hostess. They were kind, friendly and extremely helpful in giving us ideas about where to go and how to there. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality. The B&B was very homey, clean, tidy, and beautiful.

Everything! The bedroom and ensuite were clean and very luxurious, and the huge bed was extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were very welcoming and provided much useful information about the city attractions so that we could make the most of our stay. Perfect location for exploring this lovely city. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you very much to the owners for a wonderful stay. The location of the place is 10 min walk from the city center. Our room was very clean and cozy , beautifully decorated. The owners - Chantal & Chris are a nice couple who hosted us with delicious breakfasts and homemade cookies. We also got a map from them with a proposed sightseeing route and advised us what is best to see in the city. If we ever return to Bruges, we will definitely stay there again.

First I’d like to start that we (me and my wife) choose this B&B for his high grade, 9 +, but we have no idea who and why gave it a 9+ , as this is not what we experienced, especially in the first day. We arrived earlier than the check-in hour (which was at 17:00 - and we announced this, of course, days before), to leave our luggage in the baggage room. We were welcomed (better said un-welcomed) by a grumpy face and voice, by the lady of the house. I think the second or the third phrase that she told us was: “You are not allowed with food in the room!” – this left us speechless for a couple of seconds as we weren’t carrying any food with us and never said that we intended to order food in the room or anything like that! We have no idea where this came from?! We were very disappointed by the complete lack of hospitality, which ruined my wife’s mood in the first day there. Also we wanted to take something from the baggage and to put a bag on a chair and they stopped us as if our bag was dirty…. They also told us to be careful not to leave the floor wet in the bathroom, and they keep on repeating (at least 5 times...) that they are a B&B, all this without any request or question from us.... as if we had just arrived from the countryside with mud on our boots.....Shocking! As the room was already paid for, we decided to ignore the lack of: manner, hospitality and rudeness and just play it cool…what to do, really?! At first we decided to give them a grade 3 for their behavior, as we were very upset. We then decided for a 6 because of the pros/pluses and also because we are forgiving kind of people....... However, because when we arrived, they treated us as intruders or peasants/savages or all of them !! and we had a bitter taste in our mouth all the day…they don’t even deserve a 6 ! We definitely expected a better welcome for the amount of 450 EUR paid for 3 nights. And we want to tell them that there is only one chance to make a first impression !

We have mostly cons (not pros) for this B&B. As for pros/ pluses, we can say: -the room was nice (although not soundproof as advertised – you can hear every noise from outside, with all the windows completely closed, good thing that it's mostly a quiet area or you wouldn’t get any sleep!) ; the room comes with some water and a small bottle of wine -the breakfast was nice, quality products, although no vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) offered, but as we observed that food is specific for the area; also no vegetarian alternatives, it was a fixed breakfast -after realizing that they were rude, and after seeing, the next day, how clean our room was!!, I’m sure they thought about the booking grade and they left us some cookies in the room and also their attitude improved.

There isn’t anything to dislike.

The B&B is immaculate. The quality of work in the house is exceptional, the room very comfortable and the owners, Chantelle and Chris, were very welcoming and provided lots of small touches to make our stay all the more pleasant.
