The staff at reception desk were super nice, elegant and professional. The decoration of the building was amazing, very spacious and beautiful at every corner. The room is big with balcony, love everything here and can’t wait to go back again.

De wellness

Pool was very small. Not really good for a morning swim. The room we had was very empty. There was nothing on the walls, only one hook yo hang up jackets and nothing that made the room cozy to be in. Bathroom had a weird heater that only stayed on for 30min.

Very impressive hotel. Wellness was absolutely top! Everything was present for a good wellness. Breakfast was perfect and plenty to choose from! Pancakes,fresh fruit,eggs, bacon,... you name it was there! Lots to walk around the hotel too.

The heating system is set to a fixed temperature, which is fine but our suite was situated at the back witch huge ceiling to floor windows which makes the room colder so for the outer suites the temperature setting needs to be higher. At first glance it was all clean, but at the feet of our bathtub at the back it was clearly neglected for several months. There was construction happening, which wasn’t to bad noise wise. But it didn’t make the view any better, and there wasn’t any strolling around the premises. Would’ve liked to be informed by the staff this was happening beforehand.

The staff, is really friendly and accommodating. We were late for breakfast, and even though most items were cleared they asked if we needed anything and got it for us. Great masseuse, really professional and good technique.

Best hotel in the entire area. Nice and always helpful staff. Everything was very clean. Large rooms with balcony, very comfortable beds. The highlight is the in-house spa with sauna and pool. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Cook responds to your wishes.

There was no staff at the spa. A couple of things were a little inconvenient e.g. we had to call the reception to light up the fire place and to get large towels. On our second day the Hamam was turned off.

Towels were not changed daily

we requested twin beds and a dog. Both my sister and i had mobility issues, my sister being on elbow crutches. The room was on the first floor and there was no lift. There was no way we were going to be able to make that especially having to take a dog out frequently. there were no twin beds on the first floor and we were eventually upgraded to a suite which was an extremely kind gesture. Only real negative was we didnt get fresh towels and had to use the ones we brought with us.

the smell in the room from rituals stokjes was too much and annoying, pillows are very strange and not comfortable, dark room, restaurant is average

located in the woods, nice and new, beautiful space inside, spa area is also very nicely arranged, good breakfast, very friendly personnel
