*The room is really available from 3 pm *We were there for 5 nights and used the sauna 4 times, there was always 1 facility not working, either one of the jacuzzi outside or the jacuzzi inside *The bed is on a hard side and the pillows were bad, soft and small *Everything is written/ set in French (restaurant/ brasserie menu, tv menu, massage offering. So if you don't speak French, I recommend using the Google translate camera *The prices of the massage offerings are extremely high

*We arrived at 2 pm and could check in immediately *Perfect location to start the hikes with our dog *The sauna offering is good, inside and outside *Beautiful Ardennes view around the hotel, you can hear the birds singing the whole day *Great location to do some city trips in Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg (Liège, Cologne, Clervaux)

The spa area was fine, but nothing special. The jacuzzis were tiny, only 2 people could fit and would be occupied constantly and during long durations by the same people. The quiet spaces aren’t very comfortable either.

The service at the Braserie restaurant was extremely bad, it is obvious that those who worked there were without much experience, after we ordered food and drinks, we did not receive anything in a logical order, the drinks we had to remind them to bring them, the dessert was also ordered, it was not brought even after 20 minutes, we decided to leave, the dessert was already listed on the receipt. The first night, the taste of the sauce that was brought with the meat tasted fermented, the second night the sauce was totally different which confirms to me that the sauce from the first night was fermented. It's a pity because 2 years ago I was very satisfied with the service and had nothing but praise for this hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area. The hotel is nicely renovated . The rooms are comfortable .

The breakfast was mediocre, there was no black tea and no vegetables. The service and food in restaurants were a bit poor. The price was not adequate to what you get. It was surprising that they didn't have menus with allergens, nor upon request.

Overall, it was a very nice experience, the stuff was helpful and the hotel is modern and comfortable, the room was above expectations. Gluten-free bread and fresh juice and smoothies for breakfast.

to get a bathrobe and slippers cost 22 EUR; wellness area was not included in the room price (+30 eur per person; we were informed by email, but oversaw this info); breakfast quite simple for 4 stars hotel; we had to choose an available time slot for the wellness area and for the next mornings breakfast right at our arrival, the stay felt scheduled.

Artificial smell (like perfume) in the corridor, very dark interior. Mattress was harder than I am used to. These dislikes are a matter of personal taste, overall it is a quality hotel

Dark badly lit interior, looks as if the interior designer was afraid of light. Spa access at 25€ per person for 3 hours is expense. On the other hand nobody checked if you paid for the sauna. Nice quality breakfast but eggs and bacon cost extra

Good value for money if you don't need the extras such as wellness and eggs for breakfast. Nice place to go walking , Unfortunately the rear gate which would give direct access to the walking paths is closed, forcing you to go round to the main street entrance.

The hotel had everything it needed to be rated as an excellent place. However, The staff looked very stressed and measured which is a pity for them, and the customers. They were very helpfull but i missef some spirit in the hotel.

The view, our room was facing the parking. The swimming pool is included in the wellness package and if you don't pay the package of 30 euro p.p. , no access to the swimming pool. This is not mentioned on the reservation page.

The location, it was quiet in the night, and that's what we exactly needed.This place is good for those seeking tranquility. The room is beautifully decorated and clean, modern, spacious.

At dinner for the restaurant, we had to wat about 1.15 h between two courses because they had to serve a large group in the brasserie. We did not get any explanation of what was going on. Good food but not exceptional (for the price). The spa facilities are overlooked from the breakfast / lunch area, which is weird.

Didn’t like is a big word; would be nice to have cold bath outside after the sauna. The restaurant is too expensive for what it is.

The location is marvelous, the sauna etc is great. Massage is great, really nice. Nice room, big enough, loved the bath and comfy bed. Good breakfast. Very nice staff.
