The room stinks of cigarette smoke

it was very dirty and poorly equipped. it smelled like cigarette smoke in the corridor. in addition to that was there a guy in our room.

The room had to be climbed over several very steep and narrow stairs. I traveled by bicycle and carrying the bicycle up and down was a big challenge.

The sink in the small kitchen was completely blocked, the trash not emptied and the sleeping room smelled as if it was a smoker's room. Very annoying was also the light sensor in the bath room that automatically switched of the light while showering or using the toilet. It would also be nice to adjust the amount of towels and coffee mugs to the amount of persons that booked the rooms.

Easy access, beds were ok, coffee machine worked.

I was declined to have guests even tho I have paid for a double room. The toilet was very dirty with human feces and urine visible everywhere. The bathroom walls were full of calc showing a constant lack of deep cleaning. On the first day I had to call the personnel because the hot water was not working at all. The room had hairs everywhere showing once again a lack of deep cleaning and there was a visible infestation of silverfish. When the staff came to fix the hot water I was putting some makeup on the shared bathroom and when I notice the guy was actually peaking inside of my room like he was inspecting my personal stuff. The smell of the "cleaned state" of the bathroom, meaning, after the feces incident, was not really better than before. The plumbing is old and the building being from 1903 does need investment. Sunday morning I woke up with some sort of construction work at 9 am without notice. It's impossible to walk around the room without making huge noises. The bed is not meant for couples as it already makes enough of a noise alone and the personal will actively chase you to ask for payment but disappearing with the change very easily. Ended up leaving without having my change back. Also no invoice or receipt was proactively given for the days where the deal was settled without booking.com Last but not least, the prices somehow were very based on wording. When I arrived I made a deal in person, then apparently during the weekends the price increased. I think that's all. If I could go back in time, I would definitely find somewhere else to sleep. The heater was good.

No reception. Changed my room without my consent and gave absolutely no information about this. I realize that my "room" has been changed after that some strangers are in my "room". At midnight, some guys appeared and violently tried to open the door and yelled at me. I felt insecure and threatened. Considered to call the police. And the owner said there were mistakes and have a "good night". Room smells like toilet and whole room creaks. My worst experience in the whole trip.

Bathroom and sink not really something I would like to use. We bailed after one night although we had booked two nights. Bed sheets and linen could've been cleaner as well. You can hear the nextroom neighbors.

Unhygienic, dirty, old, used - you don't want to be stuck there. The bath was totally dirty, the bed was creaking with every move. If you want to sleep in a ashtray with paper-thin walls (where you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbours do) in a really bad neighbourhood, than that's the place to be. Otherwise, please spend your money elsewhere.
