The room was too small. The bathroom, too. The price is very high given the room compared to other venues in other European capitals I went.

The bathroom was a little smaller than expected, but not a big issue. It would've been nice if the room had a proper wardrobe, a coffee/tea machine, and a fridge. Thankfully, I was able to store my food in the fridge at the reception and had the possibility of heating it up in the kitchen.

The room was spacious. The central location, with a metro station nearby and a tram stop further away, was a huge plus for this stay. I was surprised that I didn't encounter any noise complaints. The staff at the reception were very friendly and responded to all of my inquiries, ex. heating my food and keeping my luggage after I checked out.

The lift ! - Slow, old and unreliable.

Room on the top floor, with a window out into an interior courtyard - very good ! Could sleep with open window the whole night with not too much noise. Breakfast good !

The room was sparsely decorated and in our opinion overpriced. We made reservations based on the photo's in the advertisement and it turned out they were misleading, since we definitely didn't have such a nice room as depicted in the photo's.

This hotel was perfectly situated for us since we needed to be at the Royal Circus, which is around the corner. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was very good. Beds were good too.

The only issues I encountered was that there was no full length mirror in the room and the shower had low water pressure.

Great location close to the centre of Brussels, good breakfast. The room is small but the bed was comfortable for a short stay.

Small television with almost no foreign channels. No air conditioning, the fan should be quieter.

Location relatively close to the center. Clean, quiet room facing a garden. Supermarket nearby.

The first stay I booked a room with separate beds but they were pushed together. It was fine though because they were movable. Also they're twin beds which for a decent sized person like myself can be uncomfortable, but again really not a big deal. I knew about that when I booked the room.

Location was a short (10 minutes or so at a medium pace) distance away from city center and the staff was great even with me only speaking English.

The price of rooms seems to have increased considerably since the last trip.

I had previously stayed at the hotel and there was no kettle or facilities to make a drink in the room - this time there was which was much appreciated. Room was good and breakfast was excellent.

We could hear a bit a baby crying on the other side of the wall. Electric pluggs were a bit inconvenient to reach under night tables.

Staff attention was exceptional. Breakfast was good and complete. The room was always nicely warm and beds were comfortable. Wifi was working perfectly.

Breakfast was good but it did include a huge variety of items. The last night was very expensive (to be honest it was the same in other hotels nearby), with a value for money that was not adequate.

The room had a decent size and it was very clean. The location of the hotel was quite convenient, half way between the city center and the area with most EU institutions. The reception staff were very nice.

The room was small but adequate. The shower was stall was tiny.

Location was good. Courtyard was pretty. My partner had breakfast there and he felt that it was good. There was a laundry facility two doors down that we found handy. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet location. Staff were nice.
