I have nothing to complain about.

I have been guest of this hotel in the past on a business trip to Brussels and I had been really satisfied, so I decided to choose it again at the first opportunity. As I was really tired after an early morning wake up to catch my flight I asked for a quiet room and I got one in the dependance. The room was up to my expectations, clean, spacious, properly equipped, with good wifi coverage and, of course, quiet, allowing me to sleep comfortably without being annoyed by traffic and other guests. The hotel is very well kept and everything is in working order. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, I could find everything I wanted and coffee was much better than standard hotel black coffee. The location is perfect for business and leisure trips, the hotel is not far from the Cathedral and downtown Brussels, metro is within walking distance and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Taking into account the price that I paid for the two nights, I can recommend this hotel and I will take it into account for my future trips.

insulation of the rooms is not great, if there are noisy people you hear them. one of the concierges kept me waiting too long, after I asked a question he took a phone call and kept me waiting 10 minutes for an answer that he then gave me in 10 seconds! instead the people who serve breakfast are very nice, and all the other concierges.

beautiful old building, lots of choice for breakfast, room was big and despite the roof window it had light and it was easy to open it in the morning to air the room and also to pull the screen across for darkness. bathroom had a bathtub , everything was clean and shiny. a kettle with tea, coffee, creamer is provided.

The walk from Brussel Central is uphill... (gentle uphill but not fun with luggage). No sink to wash hands in toilet room. Needed to go over to shower room to wash hands .

Nice location. Quiet. Out of noisy touristy area but close enough to walk to sights within 10-20 minutes. Breakfast was awesome and great deal.

There is a kettle and tea in the room, but there are only paper cups, which is not very convenient if the tea is hot. The street outside the window is noisy in the morning.

The room, like the hotel as a whole, has very nice interiors. The staff was very friendly all day. It was warm and clean. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard where birds sing.

I think the wall between rooms is thin and I heard my next door talking at night.

The room was clean and had a big window. I liked that the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and many attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was fresh and nice!

The room was very small. With a baby cot there was almost no space to move around in the room. There was also no air conditioning and neither a refrigerator. The bed size is just enough for two persons.

Location was great and staff is really friendly. We asked for a fan and they provided a small table fan which worked for us. They let us use the common area refrigerator for putting baby food etc

No elevator and the indoor temperature is a bit low

Location, check-in procedures, cleanliness, and staff service. Additionally, before my return to my home country, I accidentally left a book in the room, and I am deeply grateful that the staff promptly confirmed its presence and sent me photographs of it.
