We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe reception area is a bit too small. The bathrooms downstairs are a bit dingy and dark.
We got the wellness room which had an enormous terrace, a sauna and a steamroom. The room was spacious and clean and bright and light. Amazing bath tub too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and quick. The restaurant is yummy. Convenient parking below the building.

HungaryThe only downside (for us) were the pillows - too high and too hard to our liking, and the glass door to the toilet. It would be also nice to get slippers, as the floors are cold. But it didn’t affect our overal pleasant experience.

Belgiumipad on room did not work at all (screen freeze) which means you cannot do anything in the room except turing on/off lights - transparant glass doors of shower and toilet make it not suited for sharing rooms with colleagues/friends - light of toilet switches on automatically as well during the night thus , in combo with glass door, awakens partner who's sleeping / surroundings of hotel is poor (next to train station) BUT this will be refurbished during upcoming years / not in city centre but shopping street is not more than 5-8' walking away

BelgiumSome finishing touches in the bathroom were missing. Glass from the balcony very dirty. Everything via domotica with the tablet which is very modern, but when we entered the room there was very loud lounge music playing and it took us a while to figure out we needed to use the tablet and where to find everything (lights). Bathroom very modern but not very practical with the shower in the midst of the room, so that you have wet feet if you need to go to the toilet. No hangers for bath towels. Very small mirror in the bathroom as well. Breakfast was quite busy, young and inexperienced staff that still needed to grow in the job. Had to wait quite a long time before we got our food, but it was really nice! Also asked for gluten-free bread and it tasted really good!
Good location. Closeby the station and the shopping area. Hotel just opened. Modern rooms in Scandinavian style. Great bed. Very silent room. Nice breakfast.

United KingdomMaid service for the room was poor. Only straightened the bed. Did not wash dirty cups. Did not replace towels. Did not replenish tea and coffee and bottled water stocks. Heating in the room did not seem to work very well.
Good location right next to the railway station and close to a major shopping street. Good breakfast although the restaurant was busy and the service was a little slow. Helpful staff on the reception desk.

GermanyThe storage for clothes was totally inadequate. The lack of private room for the shower, toilet and sink for our taste was unpleasant to the point of awful. Since the hotel is located not far from a huge port, the background of container moving 24hours a day was a bit disturbing at night (I admit I am a light sleeper) The bedside tables are so small to the point of useless, for a phone, water bottle, book etc.
The breakfast room was very pleasant. The underground garage parking was very convenient and spacious. The staff went above and beyond their remit to help us, in many aspects. We were upgraded on arrival so not sure of the size of the room of our original reservation but the room we were given was very spacious.

BelgiumIt was really-really disappointing because for the price I have expected a relevant comfort. It was highly disturbing to have a WC seat in the room, which looked like a solitary confinement chamber. I will not bother you with the description of the moral and ethical discomfort it creates to have an open toilette in the room with the view and smells. I can not understand how this type of interior was allowed! I would never accept this room and would prefer to travel to Oostende which is nearby, and where they have many decent hotels for relevant price. There was no lobby, just a two step to the elevator, the unprofessional staff, who created stress, because they were not able to ensure the elementary labelling of the left luggage. They could not find it because they did not bother to offer me a ticket. It was found when I said that I will not leave without my suitcase. I do not think that the price they charge is relevant. And also I would oblige them to inform travelers about open WC in the room, showing the pictures. Basically the ad is misleading: the have only two floors in this multi-store building 1 and 2 above ground floor which is about a few square meters. The room was tiny without even a little couch. There was no proper lobby: when you stand at reception, you are continuously disturbed by the guests coming in by the glass front door, and by the ones, stepping out of the elevator. Zero comfort!
The location, it was also very clean, however my balcony glass was still covered with construction white paint.

Belgium- Room wasn’t clean at all (hairs of previous guests in bathroom and toilet area - cleaned after reporting) - No hand wash, you had to get it in the shower to then wash your hands in the hand wash area (apparently they are ordering extra hand wash as other guests mentioned it was inconvenient) - No hot water in the hand wash area, I had to wash baby bottles in the shower (ignored, as they had staff check and they mentioned it was fine which it was not) - When using the toilet at night, or while moving in the room at night (to prepare a bottle e.g.), the light goes on automatically (handy) and stays on for several minutes afterwards (not so handy). It was so bright that you and the baby were wide awake after every feeding moment. (was a safety measure done on purpose) - If you don’t book well in advance your place at breakfast, chances are very high there is no availability. I did mention these issues during the stay and were waved away.
