we were three and the hotel had only two pilots for us. we asked for the pillow at the reception, and the guy told us to wait for one hour. we waited - nothing. then I sent my son to the reception - there were nobody there. then I came down stairs - waited and another guy came and kindly called the receptionist. and he reassured me that the other person is already on the way to bring the pillow. but nobody came!!!!!! so after very trying journey I had to sleep without any pillow. when leaving, I sarcastically said thank you to the receptionist. and instead of excuses, I got you are welcome message!!!! that was embarrassing!!!!!

composition of the room with shower and toilet is bit weird but for 1 night was ok

breakfast was not included so we had to pay for it extra but was good with many option to choose from...hotel has only wending machines if you want some dinner...but the staff for helpfull to recomend next hotel where they serve food and drinks for dinner so we used this oportunity

The shower was temperamental (boiling hot and then freezing cold). It did not stay at one constant temperature and was rather unpleasant. The plugs were very high up with no workspace below them. Meaning that whatever was plugged in was just left hanging by the lead. There was also splats of what looked like blood on the wall. Only given 1 pillow each, the pillow was uncomfortable. Could have had a couple more pegs as had nowhere to hang towels.

The hotel had free parking. It suited our needs for just an overnight trip.

there is one elevator the shower have issues, for example if you don't pay attention you can be boiled because the water stream have very very hot waves. awful.

you have parking but that area there is no problem with parking. they have a nice offer for sundays, with 20€ you can checkout at 17:00. that is very nice.

it’s not the hotel you want to spend your holiday in but for one night if you are travelling , it’s perfect .

convenient location, close to the motorway. I stayed in this hotel twice with my dog and there was no issues. the rooms are clean. typical hotel if you are on the read and need a stop for a sleep over .

There was a lot of noise from the other rooms due to slamming doors and mainly of the doors which lead to the stairs.

I didn't get breakfast, as for the location it's close to the commercial harbour and far away from the city. Close enough there is a park and ride station that you can leave your car and go by tram to city center.

LED strip was defective, in the sense that it went on and off a few times per second. This stopped after midnight. An electrician will probably be able to explain this weird fenomenon an maybe also be able to fix it.

No nonsense hotel, ideal for professionals that are working in the port of Antwerp. Good bed, good shower, good internet, little noise.
