The apartment is spacious and very well furnished with clean sheets and comfortable beds. The family who owns the place is very sweet and friendly. The communication for picking the keys up was very easy. Big bathroom and shower tab is available. Very close to the European Parliament only walking distance, but you have to get a bus to get to the center part of the city. The bus station is just outside of the building. The kitchen which is shared outside of the apartment has everything you need to prepare a meal even a coffee automat for fresh coffee. A small terrace garden was available just outside from our room.

Everything is okay. Just that the waste bin in the kitchen need to be disposed often. More Tissue paper should also be provided especially for family that stay for more than a day. Enough spoon need to be provided in the kitchen. we only saw one spoon, maybe other occupant left them in the room

I like the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the property owner and workers are exceptional. I also like the quality of facilities are owesome. The beds are superb, we do not feel like going. My daughter is so happy and will not forget this short vacation in a hurry. Thanks Sarah

Some guests do not lock the front door of the residence, which may not be that safe and leads them to make noise when shutting the door.

Sara is very welcoming. The location is close to public transport ( bus, metro) with a large option in terms of restaurants. Despite this, the street is quiet at night. The bed is very confortable.

The location is not really in the center, so if you are looking for a place with lots of night life you may be a little disappointed.

The BnB was nice and clean. It was not too big, but it had enough space to host the three of us comfortably. The bathroom was big and there was everything we needed (e.g., hairdryer, towels, shower gel). The appliances I used in the kitchen (i.e., coffee machine) worked very well.

excellent location for anyone visiting the Berlaymont / European quartier. Spotlessly clean, and very prompt, friendly and helpful contact with the owners. Very comfortable bed, in a recently renovated building. Access to fridge in the shared kitchen, with milk, tea and coffee provided was much appreciated.

It was a little bit dark in the apartment due to the position of the extra building in the yard.

Very kind owners of the B&B, they welcomed me although arriving late at night as I had missed that the check-in was only until 22.00 and I had a late flight. The room had everything I needed and the breakfast was nice.

There B&B ticks all the necessities. Not that I can really specify any shortcomings, especially keeping in mind that you are staying in a B&B. In reality it's more like a block of apartments, even the way it is managed.

The bathroom sink had leaks which turned into slippery floor, tv on side of the bed (usually in front of the bed so you can watch when lying in bed), cleaning could be improved (stained curtains), lamp had some wires coming out of the wall

There was some kind of ambient perfume in my room - I prefer no artificial scents.

My room was very quiet, overlooking the backyard. The bed was exquisite, multiple pillows. Big shower. A kitchen with a tea kettle across the corridor. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and pleasant to stay in - there is a big park 200 m from the house.

We booked space for 2 adults and one 14 years old kid.

The location was good, at 30 minutes far by the center, by walking. The host was very nice, friendly, open and available for any of our questions, wich was really helpful.

Sometimes I could hear the noise of motorcycles. Fortunately, I am not a light sleeper so this would not affect my sleep but if you are easy to be disturbed by noise, be cautious.

It’s in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is one minute away and metro station is 5 min away by walking, which is just beside the European Commission headquarters. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Everything was ok, nothing to highlight

It was a good choice, I would repeat if I go back to Brussels. Walking to the city centre is too long, but it is very well connected through public transport. There are parks nearby and some restaurants for a quiet dinner.

The water in the shower was at the limit of being acceptable warm, definitely not hot enough to have a relaxing shower.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It is located 6' away on foot from Schuman station and the street outside is not noisy. The host was very polite.

Excellent location, complimentary fruits and coffee (nice touch!), very polite and communicative staff. Moreover, upon my arrival, I was informed that I was upgraded to a larger room, free of charge; a kindhearted gesture that merits recognition and a thank you note.

Nothing to declare, all was as expected... and even better.

I booked last minute and was impressed by the flexibility of the host (who even kindly lend me a phone charger), especially since I was only able to check in very late. The room was very clean and large, with everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I will definately come back here, also because the price is competitive.
