It is getting refurbished so this will improve but it’s a bit run down. However it is sparkling clean. The location is convenient but you’ll hear trains if you open the window for a breeze.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are sparkling clean, comfortable, spacious. Hotel was quiet. There is a buffet breakfast available.

There was building work going on which started before 8am on the first morning. There was no kettle in the rooms.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Woken very early by a great deal of noise. No one at reception when we wanted to check out. Disappointing and overpriced given the disruption caused by works.

I booked a room for my parents. They were put into a bedroom which was not as good as what we have booked. We asked for changing the room and they did. Except that, everything was good.

Being next to the station, it is a bit noisy. The area next to the station can get a bit scratchy at night (like most of train stations tbh)

The hotel is very convinient just next to Brussels Central station (midi). The staff are lovely they allowed early checkin because the room was ready with no extra charge. The room is nice and clean.

Very helpful staff. Easily got early check-in and late check-out (1:00 pm for extra 10 Euro) breakfast was reasonable price for excellent hot bacon and eggs entree as well as everything else in a great continental breakfast. Extremely helpful with giving directions to Olde Town and sights and had a cab at the door for our trip to the airport.

Whilst we were made aware of this when checking in, the building works to update and renovate do start very early. I'm sure it depends upon your location within the hotel but we could hear the building works clearly from 8am onwards, so dont expect a long lay in until these works are completed in 2024.

Right across from the train station, so very helpful to get around. You also have the option to leave your bags before check in or after check out. Rooms were a decent size

The shower was dated and was quite loose in its holder. There was also a lot of building work going on that I only found out about when I was woken up at 7am by the sound of drilling. It would have been good if reception staff had told me on check-in, or even when booking. This work runs until 2024.

Breakfast room was in the middle of renovation and breakfast was not a pleasant experience. A toilet brush would have been nice.

Location was perfect for our itenary. Brussels-Midi next door and walking distance to Manneken-Pis and Grand Place. Room was comfy and tidy. Bed was nice.

It's a really good location being directly across the road from the Brussels-zuid, and the amount of people on the streets and the general commotion makes it feel a little less eerie. But as the other reviews say, beware if you are booking as an individual as the area can feel a little shady. I also liked the staff who were very friendly and helped with everything that we did need.

No fridge in room. Breakfast very basic and formally is served from 6:30 to 10:30 but you should go between 8 to 9. Otherwise something is missing.
