The hotel wanted me to email my credit card details to pay for the parking and deposit. I find this very strange and very dangerous because they did not guarantee the safe processing of my sensitive data.

There was no breakfast provided. In the info it said there was buffet breakfast available for an extra fee but there was nothing provided either days I was there. Annoying as there’s very little in the area except a small carrefour shop.

The room was just like we want it, the location is quite good, you can get to the city centre in 20minutes, the room was very clean, the sourrondings beatiful and the staff friendly. I liked the gym.

The breakfast is served only on the week days when I did not have time for it. I would have had enjoyed it on the week-end. The space is great but the interior may need some renovation, especially the carpets (in generally, in my opinion, hotels should not have carpets as it is impossible to make them clean after guests coming and going; especially when they get older).

The location is great if you travel for work (walking distance to all EU institutions) and if you like morning runs (proximity to the park). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place seemed quite old/cheap. While nothing was dirty at all, the bed mattress/couch were old and uncomfortable, the windows were releasing cold air into the apartment even when closed, the kitchen was missing some things which would make it very good (salt, extra dish towel for drying things, a cutting board), and no one came to clean in 3 days

The location was freat, easy access to the tourist areas of the city and easy to access from the airport. There is a park right across the street with a playground for kids and plenty of shops/pharmacies/restaurants in the area. Also the staff were quite friendly.

First, we got a room with 3 doors connected to other rooms!!! We wanted to spend there 5 nights, and that wasn't comfortable at all! So we've asked to change the room. To do so, we had to pay extra 10 Euros per night for 2 doors-room or 20 Euros extra per night for a normal room with one main door. We took the 2nd choice and paid 100 Euros extra! That wasn't clear from the beginning! Also, in the 1st day, we had two espresso capsules, 2 tea bags and 2 lotus biscuits, and that's it. They do not provide you with additional basic stuff. I mean come on, how much does it cost you to provide these everyday for your customers who are paying a really expensive price per night, with an upgrade!!! One day we asked to have two tea bags, and it was a struggle, as if we were asking for gold! That was very weird. In addition, they do not clean the room until you finish 5 days there! You expect that you're in a hotel. Yeah sure it's an aparthotel, where you have to clean bring your own stuff and clean a bit but the towels should be provided every day. We didn't expect this. Inside the bathroom, there are 3 shampoo/soap bottles, fixes in a weird way to their base. You can barely use them, as if they are treasures that should not be used too much or stolen. Come on! We had to work a couple of days from the room during days, and it was very very noisy. The isolation system should be improved.

The location is really good, as the hotel is a walking distance from the metro station/EU Comission and located in front of a park, surrounded by many restaurants and markets.

There were two doors in the room to neighbouring rooms and despite being isolated (I guess), I could clearly hear a conversation from one of the rooms through the door during the night. perhaps just close off and remove the door completely .

Check in was easy and smooth, the advice and guidance from staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent bed and bathroom.

Parking is limited and SUPER snug - damage to vehicles very possible in a tight area like that. Expected a better bed and not a flip down murphy bed. Curtains in the rooms facing the afternoon sun are not light blocking - so the room gets VERY warm without airflow or AC.

Good location outside of Brussels, but close to multiple bus stops. Room had everything that was listed. There is parking available below the building. Easy to follow instructions to get keys/access.

1. We had a car. I booked the parking but it was very narrow and curvy. I entered the parking, didn't manage to park my car and it took me a lot of time to get out of the parking since the exit and entrance are the same. For a wide car like mine (Hyundai Veloster) it is not appropriate. I decided to park in the street which was more comfortable and also cheaper than the parking. 2. The blanket for the people who were supposed to sleep on the sofa bed was not comfortable. It was very small. 3. Very noisy...with close windows at night, we could still here the cars driving in the street. 4. At first, there were some issues related to deposit and the parking fee! They required the guest to pay the deposit of at least 150 euros 1 week before the arrival date. Sorry but when we have paid for our stay and we are not there yet, this really doesn't make sense! Asking for my credit-card details always gives an insecure feeling to me. They could have easily asked everything to be handled on the check-in date...

Good WI-FI, kind staff, clean and nice entrance, good location, lots of free parking spots in front of the entrance. The hotel-apartment was very clean and smelled good in the common area, but, in our apartment, there was dust in some places and also a lit bit smelly. There was no tea in the kitchen but they had good coffee. Rituals brand for hair, hand and body wash. Spacious apartment for 4 people.
