I was afraid I would miss a step, fall and sprain an ankle. The glass door that leads to the reception was broken and the rug from the reception leading to the rooms had some stains that made it look like it was dirty.

Although very compact, the layout of the room was like something out of an architectural magazine. They made good use of space. Designs like that would look great with a lot of space

The reception is in the fast food restaurant next to the hotel and it's not written anywhere so you need a luck to find that out. Also the staff is not organized, they didn't know about our reservation and gave us wrong key. We had to walk up to the last floor with 4 bags just for them calling us and saying they gave us wrong key Otherwise they were kind.

It is good for one night stay. Was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The staff are completely uncooperative and very rude, the location is bad and you can't find your way without a lot of hassle, the room is dark and small, and no one responds if there's a problem. The WiFi was down throughout my stay at the hotel, overall a bad experience.

No towels left in the room, had to go and ask as the phone in the room wasn't connected to anything! Light fitting above the sink hanging off, no soap above the sink, key slot holder broken/non existent for the power for the room. No TV remote. Handle fell off the toilet door.

Room was not clean, there were some hairs on the flour and in the toilet. Isolation of the room is very bad. You can hear people talking or screaming from the hallway. When you open the window you can smell the chicken and freid oil from the fast food restaurant bellow.

No cleaning or changing towels if you stay more than 1 night. Extremely noisy to sleep because of noise outside and in closer rooms. Rooms are not very clean. water does not drain well. Also, the temperature of the water in the shower is very unstable: it changes on its own from cold to hot and back

Could be easier to find. Stairs felt like they were going to give way. Room decor needs updating and shower/ toilet cubicles are starting to fall apart. Lots of works outside so can be a little noisy but not the fault of the hotel

Room was terrible- firstly the hotel is not clearly stated outside to indicate that its there. Secondly small stairs all rhe way to rhe top. Tight and terrible if you have a big suitcase. The room itself is crazy. Small pods in room for a little toilet and little bathroom, barely seperated. Toilet facilities broken. (Flooring and water leak). No proper doors to the bath rooms. We had a fire escape at our window and it felt unsafe and that anyone coild enter.

the first room was so dirty, unclean, smell terrible and the heater didn't work, I asked the staff and never fixed, he just smiled and said it’s works. the other three nights were the same. so cold. it’s the worse room, hotel. I don’t recommend it.

Most of the furniture was broken/didnt work. The carpets were very stained in the hall ways. Night stand was missing 2 of its 4 legs. TV didnt work. The water in the shower would not stay one tempiture, would get extremly hot and then uncomfortably cold. The host is only there for certain hours so if there is anything wrong outside of those times, your screwed. Our door lock died, thankfully it wasnt during the night or else i dont know what we would do, but it was fixed promptly. When we checked in he followed us to the room to "make sure that the room had power" which i thought was odd. Also, i didnt find the area thaaaat bad, but we got lost and asked some police for directions and they told us to be careful beacuse that area was not good.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Which if thats the minimum that you need than this place is fine.
