You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsNo separation between bathroom and sleeping room. The room is perfectly clean but misses some atmosphere. Books in the dining room are not intended for reading. Screen that shows advertisements in the dining room. The hotel is modern, but personally, I feel that it lacks a bit of a character.
Squeaky clean single room, but without separation between toilet/ bathroom. Good food, but a prominent screen in the dining room not only shows the beauty spots in the world but also commercials. Friendly staff.

BelgiumIf I had to say anything, it would be that my table in the dining room (for breakfast), was right behind and super close to the coffee machine. It basicly meant, that when people wanted to get coffee, they were literally in my personal space waiting for their coffee. Pretty uncomfortable.
OMG those beds... such a good night sleep. Very up to date rooms with wonderful decoration touches. Love the fact that I had a separate toilet. Friendly and super attentive staff. Wonderfully yummy food in the restaurant. And parking spots in front of and across from the hotel.

NetherlandsNo airco, so in hot summer days it might be a problem. There is no elevator so might be an issue for elderly.
The room is well designed and has all the required facilities. There is a nice bar and free wifi. We also visited during our anniversary and we got treated extra nice, thanks for the team. Also bonus point, they have nets on their windows so it is pretty convenient to open the windows.

Friendly and helpful staff (it helps if you speak a little german though). The facilities in this old building were obviously recently upgraded: everything is very modern, clean, and handy. Quiet location, with a number of walking trails nearby. Breakfast (a tad expensive) was abundant and varied, both sweet and savory (but why no butter, only margarine ?) The restaurant cannot claim a "haute cuisine" label, but it provides a varied choice of dishes for a truly reasonable price.

Netherlandsthe room was not yet ready at 17.00, but they kindly offered me a drink while waiting; there was a coffee machine and a boiler in the room with coffee pads but unfortunately no tea bags; also no hangers in the wardrobe and no drinks in the minifridge; since they reopened only recently I guess they're still fine tuning and will surely get these things sorted out.
