Bathroom was located in the attic, and steep stairs were used to reach the facilities. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Breakfast was not worth the money. Recommend you stay elsewhere.

Helpful friendly owner, good bike storage across the road. Room everything needed and comfortable bed and great breakfast. Restaurant attached fab food and huge portions at good prices and again helpful staff .

The rooms are getting tired with lots of marks everywhere, bathroom was quite mouldy ,however it was nice clean sheets and towels. I think the price was a little expensive considering others we stayed in during the week and the condition.

Great location in centre of Bastogne. Hotel has secure garage for motorcycle parking with a restaurant next door. Breakfast is advertised but to be fair not much to it. The rooms are big with plenty of room but very tired.

There was no breakfast service at all. Big disappointment. Bed was horribly uncomfortable - I ended up sleeping on the floor. The price was definitely not worth it.

The hotel was very old fashioned and outdated. You had to go up some rickety stairs to use the bathroom! It is on a very busy road opposite a shop that was still trading at 2am! The noise was horrendous, would not recommend this hotel.

Room and bath room were very clean, confortable and quiet, despite the very central location. Safe parking for bicycles just opposite. Breakfast was good value for money. Food in the restaurant was delicious!

very great location- in downtown Bastogne. the two rooms we stayed were very clean and comfortable for family of five. Great breakfasts. the owner and staffs are very helpful and wonderful. The Italian restaurant, which I think it’s the same owner with the hotel’s, is superb.

The beds are very soft, not comfortable. When we told the employee about it in the morning, she said [very soft] "for you"... Pretending we're too heavy for these beds or something? Those mattresses would be soft for anyone.

Shower head was on the end of a hose attached to the taps. Showering therefore was holding shower head in one hand while trying to wash with the other. Room was also very hot during the night with no air conditioning - it was September.

We were scammed. During the booking price was advertised as €168 until we received Confirmation email with a cost of €200 and a €100 cancellation fee. Breakfast was not good. We were not provided with towels

hotel is located above a noisy bar. OK mid week, but my last night there was a Friday and the noise was just incredible until 03:00. then on Saturday 06:30 the local church sounded its bells for over a minute! i messaged the hotel in good time to change booking from 2 persons for one night, to one person for two nights. I could have cancelled the booking, and rebooked but thought it easier to message the hotel. On arrival I was told that i had to pay for two persons on the first night. VERY unhappy but no choice but to pay. i mentioned that I had made the change before 15:00 but they said they could not change the booking so charged for two persons. the shower leaked badly and i had to soak up all the water each time i used it then leave the bath mat to drip dry in the shower the soap dispensers (both of them) fell off the wall The towel rail was useless there were long hairs still on one of the beds, suggesting the quilt cover on the quilt had not been changed???? Stair carpets were exceptionally dirty.. i mean very VERY dirty

The rooms were very basic, no frills. There was damp in the upper corner of the room. No lift and the stairway was very noisy. There rooms were not very soundproof either, we heard our downstairs neighbors fighting. The pillows were lumpy and the bed hard.

The location was good, right in the middle of Bastogne. The breakfast was okay, very basic. The bathroom was plenty big enough and the room heated up quickly.

Excellent location! Easily walkable to all attractions. Comfy beds and pillows. Good shower with free toiletries and hairdryer. There is a fridge if you need it. Breakfast was good and set you up for the day with croissants/pain au chocolate and tea/coffee etc. We got free on street parking right outside the hotel. Also a paid carpark right beside it in the square.
