Although there is a heater but it switched off during the night automatically. It was an extremely cold night. Two people of our group caught cold.

breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was. Shower didn't work, but was fixed after complaint. Terrace otside tent was not cleaned, and the tent could have been a bit ventilated as they have the option to roll up the side panels to have some airing.

Very quiet very nice views, nice swimming pool and area, good walking distance from Centrum (just a bit uphill in return) Comfortable bad and space.

The stay is very overpriced. You pay 4* hotel prices for a tent without breakfast. The breakfast was an additional 17,5€ p.p. which is way too much for some bacon and eggs and nutella. The experimental room also did not have a heater which made it a very cold night. There was some mould on the curtains as well.

The tents were spacious and clean, the cocoon tent had an electric heater. Toilet and bathroom facilities were clean. Nice dining and pool area.

Enjoyable stay with some minor drawbacks

    • Dream Lodge Tent with partial view 4p
    • Stayed 1 night

There were lots of flies (infestation) in the breakfast room (chasing flies off bread and pastries every two seconds isn't quite my thing). Breakfast was also comparatively pricey at EUR 20/25. I'd expect to pay this at a relatively nice 4-star chain hotel, but would get a lot more in return (breakfast was continental/ no hot breakfast and the choices limited). In retrospect, I understand that the location's target customers are young adults rather than families. Still, the (dance) music on the main stage was very loud and impossible to "shut out", even though the dream lodges are located on the edge of the site overlooking the valley. That being said, things calmed down significantly after 11 PM.

The dream lodge/ tents were very spacious and clean. The view was phenomenal. The site was well-kept and the pool and surrounding areas excellent. The playground wasn't particularly large, but in excellent condition, and had everything to entertain young children. The proximity next to Durbuy Adventure Park is very convenient.

Expensive for what you get, 1 coffee at breakfast, from second you needed to pay extra, padel at 42€ for 90 min, check out at 10, artificial flowers dangling down, noisy landscaping works from early morning , no towels for rent, no medical post, …

Great concept and idea, nice setting, child and adult friendly, great staff (all at least bilingual) !!! Beautiful swimming pool

We had an experimental tent because it was the only one left, and I think the price was very high because it was last minute but I feel like it was too high for the available facilities and service. The showers were not clean or handy and the service was quite slow and bad.

The decor and place was amazing, such a beautiful location, very original concept and great for kids. The food was also very good, the breakfast was very complete, so many activities around and all family friendly

Way too expensive (£240 for one night for two!!) for what it is. Loud music till early hours. Damp bedding. Food awful & too expensive. Lots of drunk people around pool when we first arrived. Showers were clean but very basic. Booked a tent with twin beds but got a tent with bunk beds. It's a place for the single under 30s without family.

Not much but tent was good quality

Toilets were not being cleaned regularly and there were no soaps in some toilets. I assume it must be the first thing to check in the morning if you don't do it at night. Beds were single ones not the double bed for 2 people. It is annoying to have the gap between. Music starts at 9 in the morning and finishes at 11 at night. It is impossible not to hear it and DJ is very loud during the day. Although tents are very big, there is no mirror or a stand to put your clothes. As a glamping experience, it was a bit expensive.

The nature in Ardennes is great. Swimming pool was warm and clean. Tent was quite spacious.

Toilet and shower is too far away and not enough for all the tents. The price is too high for what it is. Mixed feelings about the visitors - very kids friendly on the one hand, but on the other hand attracks different crowd as well - groups of young people that get wasted and puke all night. And you are lucky if they don't live very nearby :) No pets allowed, so we left our dog with the sitter - but I saw several dogs on the premises.

Location, activities on site, breakfast, personnel VERY friendly and helpful, clean tent, great view, amazing swimming pool.

they should have warned customers that the biggest biking tour in Belgium was taking place there the day we were there. the pool trance music was way too loud and not enjoyable. service friendly but waaaaaayy too slow. overpriced in general. visitors didn’t respect noise rules so it was difficult to sleep through the night, as we were along a more frequented path

Interior tent and staff were nice, easy checkin
