Nothing, just superb

This is our second stay at the Casselbergh, we stayed in the new wing, our room over looked the canal. Breakfast was superb everything you need, to start your day, plus tea and coffee served to you, which is a nice touch. The staff are fantastic, from the reception, bar to cleaning staff all polite, and helpful. Just walk straight out the doors, turn left to the main square then on to the shops, restaurants.

If I had to be really picky I would say more of a selection of coffees for the coffee machine.

The hotel is so beautiful and breath taking. Excellent location plenty tonsee and do Customer service was good. Room comfy and quiet and a good size. Did not eat dinner at the hotel but did have breakfast which was also excellent, wide selection of food on offer. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Car elevator to the car park was interesting. Will definetly be staying again

My only 2 issues are: the glass door to the bathroom. You couldn't really see much through it, but it's latch was noisy and it's just generally really off putting to have a glass door (and no lock). The other issue is the shower, which was a decent size, only the only water source was a (nicely powerful) rain shower directly overhead, whose stream was quite wide. Normally that'd be lovely, but there just wasn't enough room in the shower to escape the water while turning it on and finding the right temperature, shampooing or conditioning hair, etc.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes' walk (if that) from one of the marketsquares in Bruges (not the main one witt the belfry, but that's also a 5 minute walk or less). Beautiful decor in the hotel; the toilets in the reception were very nice, and the bar was very cosy and elegant, and with table service. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful and ha good English language skills. Didn't use the restaurant so no comment on that. Our room was in the modern part of the hotel, and it was lovely and clean with a HUGE comfy bed. Pillows were square for some reason, but when we called reception to ask for more pillows they were more than happy to oblige, and brought normal shaped pillows to the room. On our second night, my sister who had been camping in a van outside the city centre, needed a place to stay at 1am because her van was leaking rainwater. I called the reception night staff to ask if she'd be able to book a room for that night, the staff member was a bit taken aback by the unusual request but he eventually was able to give a (very expensive) quote for a premium room (all that was available). My sister agreed and she was told to ring the bell on arrival and he'd get her all sorted. They threw in a complimentary breakfast for the morning because of her rough evening so far, and she had a great stay in a very fancy room too!

What’s not to like?!! We loved everything about the hotel!

A beautiful hotel. Stylishly elegant with a relaxed atmosphere and charming staff. Very clean and bed super comfortable. My teenage daughter says she felt like a millionaire! Good facilities too - we enjoyed the wellness centre and gym. Breakfast was magnificent.

There is nothing I didnt liked, the only thing I would "add" is a restaurant/snack available for room service.

Amazing hotel! It feels like you are staying in a palace! The room was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was excellent! It is located in the center of Brugge! We totally recommend this hotel!

The lobby looked beautiful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was possible to make tea and coffee in the room. Check-in and check-out was quickly. I liked the Easter decoration with the swan and eggs. It looked very creative and luxurious.

Lovely location, quiet and away from any noise at night. Room was well equipped, if not a Lowell warm. But sorted with opening the window/and air conditioning.
