The wifi connection was temperamental and needs to be improved.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast was excellent. The staff are courteous and helpful. We would happily recommend the hotel to others and go back again if we had the chance.

Not a lot to dislike. The entrance to the car park is quite tight in a big car though!

Stayed for 2 nights, first time in Bruges. The hotel was super comfy and had everything we needed. The spa was an extra nice bit to have! Breakfast was very enjoyable and had a great range of foods and drinks.

Room was quiet w/ lovely view of canal. Perfect location near tower! Breakfast absolutely outstanding. Lots of variety. Delicious. Lounges were quiet & comfortable for visiting w/ friends or enjoying a drink.

The Room was clean and spacious, attended to every day. The Bed was huge and comfortable. The break was superb, couldn't fault it, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The location so close to the centre of town was so convenient. Hotel has parking under the hotel which is accessed via a car lift, the turn is a bit tight with a large car but managed it.

The only remark I can make is that the breakfast, whilst hiqh quality, feels very generic, no local/special touch.

Perfect location, wakable to the markets, museums and churches. Breakfast was amazing with all available options. Friendly staff eager to accommodate our requests.

Amazing breakfast, so much choice. We loved all the different lounges, very comfortable and stylish - great bar and very good service. The hotel is faultless and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Brugge

The only thing is that they charged us twice before our arrival (five days and one day before we arrived) and when we left, they assured us that the money will be back in a couple of days. Today, 10 days after, the money is still not available.

Excellent location, very close to the main square. Breakfast with a great variety of foods, fruits, sweets etc. The room was very comfortable for our family. Reception polite, gently answered all our questions and gave us a leaflet with the best restaurants and places to go.

This hotel is perfect, the breakfast has a million choices, all fresh and all full of flavour. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. We cannot recommend it enough.

Carpet in our room was rather stained & shower cubicle a little awkward to access. Garage charge is a little high but maybe the norm for Bruges? Would be nice to be able to order freshly cooked eggs at breakfast. Housekeeping team didn't refresh our complimentary water or tea in the room each day necessitating us to ask at reception.

Very nice, polite & helpful reception staff. Nice room with a good canal view. Great location for our needs. Excellent garage parking although a little tight to access. Breakfast had good choice.

Location ! Hotel is in a great area, quiet, not in busy part of town but close to centre of town. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go and in 1-2 mins we were amongst cafes, restaurants and shops. Lovely decor in hotel and fancy bar area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Coffee at breakfast was a bit weak, the coffee machine in the room made better coffee fortunately. No room service (plenty of options nearby). The a/c in the room did not appear to do a lot but it was possible to open a window so I did not mind.

Beautiful spacious room in the historic part of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was good, not particularly special but just what you would expect. Staff was very friendly. The wellness area was quiet and spacious. Gym small but sufficient. Right in the center of Bruges. Would come again!

Car parking is very secure but a pain to get to. Access is about 100m before rhe hotel reception doors but unfortunately it's a one way street so you have to do a little tour to loop back around to access it. No biggy just unfortunate
