A bit confusing smells in the hotel from the kitchen, felt like boiling oil.

Not every time I can/will write a review, but I must say the hotel was very recommendable. I ALMOST gave a 9! But we only stayed 2days. Very neat, comfortable rooms, cannot be on a better location, if the Grand Sablon is were you want to be, but the city center/Grote Markt is actually only a 5minutes walk.

Isn't made clear about how the payment works. I was shown on the credit card machine the price in GBP, but i mis-interpreted it to mean that the receptionist wanted me to pay again. I think some email communication to make it clear how payment works would of been great! I also didn't have a toothbrush given to me which is what i would of expected from a hotel, not sure why!... The key given to me (or at least the paper card it comes with) should really state not just the room number, but the floor it is on, in case receptionist forget to mention the floor to me (which did happen)

i liked the room, very clean, big, nice. No complaints there. Staff were very nice and provided everything i needed.

Rooms on the last floor have a small square window that cannot be fully opened and the rooms are smaller. The price shouldn't be the same as the rooms on other floors.

Top location in the heart of Brussels and the hotel is pretty decent, although a bit expensive. The staff is very polite and helpful

The room was clean but not spotless, the cleaning staff didn't always make sure that there is a full replacement of amenities such as: soap, towels etc.

Great property in Brussels! Very central but further in the quiet side which was awesome! The hotel lobby was nice with some free candy options! The staff were all very kind. The room had a nice view and a good size!

Breakfast fee is 24 Euro per person and in my opinion could be lower. There is a cafe Le Pain Quotidien, right across the road and you can have cheaper and quality breakfast for 15-19 Euro

It was a very nice experience to stay in NH Collections Grand Sablon hotel. Breakfast was amazing and I really enjoyed the tasty croissants. The hotel is located in Grand Sablon square, the best location for me in Brussels, very close to the central square of Brussels and at the same time far away from the crowds of tourists.

Considering the fact that we stayed at the 1st floor, we heard a lot of noise coming from downstairs, and it was a bit unpleasant, because it kept waking me up in the middle of the night.

Location is excellent, walking distance from all the main attractions. The people who work at the front desk are very kind, welcoming and ready to help with everything you need, even our room was ready earlier than expected when we checked in. Another great thing is that they have an app where you can order everything you need in your room. For example if you need more coffee, another pair of slippers or even a hair comb, you can just order, and somebody brings it at your door. Very clean also.
