Room key is digital and that was unclear at time of booking. It is dependent on having internet access that may not be available for foreign travelers. Fortunately, a staff member saw our group struggling to get in and was able to give us access. Initially, one of the room keys did not work and the staff member had to call the property manager for access.

There is a lack of human contact. Check-in is via the App. Entry & the lift is via the App. One does not see anyone - for some this might be a bonus. The price is on the rather higher side.

This is not the first time that I have stayed in Gulde Schoen Luxury Studio-apartments. The rooms are exceptional - on size and the finishings. The apartment is very cozy and are very centrally located.

What an amazing place! a real oasis after a day of sightseeing. So central to everything! The kitchen,the fireplace, the bathtub.....so quiet. LOVED it!

Slightly expensive. Everything is done via the App to enter the building, ascenseur, apartment and communication etc... which is very efficient. My only comment would be sometimes it would be good to see a human face..... Also there are many restaurants close. But there are none for a good hearty breakfast. It would be good to have receommendations for good reataurants especially breakfast.

I have stayed here before - so this may answer - being repeat guest. The appartments are of super ample size - cozy, comfortable with all ameniities including a kitchen area. Also very advantageous as very centrally located.

This is not a usual Hotel But a series of limited number of a Very beautiful Stylishly decorated suites With wide spaces. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere .. Location is more than amazing ,, just in the corner of the main square . Near to the top places in Antwerp . Definitely worth to stay here ..

the shower head should never face the door. turned it on to get the temp correct and it sprayed water all over the floor, which also did not seem like the appropriate slip resistance for a bathroom. needs better vanity lighting for makeup. fragrance in the elevators was very overpowering.

There are a few steps down from the entry into the apartment and the living. And again there are a few steps between the living and the bedroom. They also look slippery. Not really a problem if you are fit, but it doesn't feel luxurious. There are (wine)glasses and saucers and cups, but there are no tools to uncork a bottle of wine or a plate to eat cheese or breakfast from. I would have expected those in a luxury apartment.

The apartment is large and has a luxurious feel to it. The living is very spacious. The bed is excellent. Really comfortable and I slept like a log. Spacious bathroom.

The appartments in general were very clean but the carpets in one of our apartments were a little grubby, it didn’t help that they were so pale in colour and although they must’ve looked stunning when installed they have not stood the test of time!

Fabulous location, literally 2 min walk from the main cathedral and where all the shops and restaurants are but it’s still very quiet. Lovely high spec and spacious apartments with good facilities and a gorgeous shower!
