Long waiting for staff e.g. going to spa area or even at the bar, it is not always present staff and you long waiting time until they show up

The layout was awkward. It lacked shower hooks and coat hooks. The elevator with out of order and we were on the 6th floor. The HVAC was inconsistant.

The spa was nice, although it required a staff member to escort you to the entrance. The hotel was pretty and relatively updated. The bar was a very nice space.

It was very very expensive and the price did not include any breakfast. I would have happily paid that price if the breakfast was included. The staff was excellent, though and the location is really convenient.

The room was very nice, had a good balcony and lots of sunlight. The bathroom was very classy, although a bit small.

Had to request & sign for a bath robe & it wasn’t in the room, apparently people sometimes steal them, which I can imagine is a pain!! but shouldn’t that be what the deposit covers?

If you want to put on make-up in the bathroom it’s rather tricky as it is quite dark in there. The lights are dimm. The TV did not work and nobody in the hotel could help us. We didnt get the coffee machine to work either. The system to turn the lights on and off is tricky, we had to ask for help. And they took some time to figure out too. It’s not the most userfriendly. When we got out of the room, it took a lot of time for the lights in the hall to turn on, so right for Halloween it was spookey there, as we had to walk in complete dark for like 10sec to guess our way to the lift. The parking right next to it, is close by but it has many floores reserved so you’ll take some time to finally find a parking space. Also the parking places are pretty narrow.

It was ok. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shower was easy to use. Other positive point: the location is great.

We booked a room for three adults and the third bed was a sofa, not even a sofa bed, thus it was not comfortable. The spa had to be paid separately, however we received it free of charge as a compensation for not having a normal third bed. It is not acceptable to have the spa paid extra as a guest in a hotel which is advertised as a hotel with a spa.

The location is excellent, we felt very central, safe and in a beautiful neighbourhood. The hotel is nice and has a small spa facilities.

The 'ambient' lighting in the bedroom. It is very fashionable, but I am of an age when I need brighter lights - if only to put on my make-up!

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. The location is very convenient for shops, public transport and the city centre. The decor combined the origins of the building with modern convenience very well.

The room was very small, despite the price. San Giles is too far away from the historic/interesting area of Brussels, so it was either a long walk or a taxi.

Loved the onsite spa, though you need to pay a fee to use it. The bar was nice, but there was never anyone in it.

The place has one elevator which took for ever to go up, the location is not the best as it is quite far away from the intressting parts of the city.

Great atmosphere, beautifull interior. And the room climate control was amazing.

Small boutique hotel which felt like we had our own lift to our room. Very modern fittings, could safely open windows & comfy bed. Good location with many restaurants nearby. Parking building next door €22 for 24 hours.
