There was broken furniture in the room, and it felt crowded. Some of the items that were there are not needed. Some of the furniture does not fit well in the room. I also did not like the location of the hotel

The location of the hotel is not ideal. There are very few options for food, coffee, etc., anywhere nearby, and I didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around this area in the evenings, especially alone as a woman. It was also recommended we don't leave our things with the front desk before or after check in/out as the hotel does not have a secure or safe place to store belongings. The hotel smelled like smoke and weed consistently. The towels we received in the rooms when we checked in were still damp and were sitting on the bed where they got the bed damp. The shower has no door or barrier to stop water from pooling up all over the floor. There are no hangers, despite having a closet with a bar in it for hangers. Our keys were consistently getting deactivated and needed to be reactivated by going to the front desk. In general, there is a run-down and dirty feel to the rooms, hallways, stairs, and elevators.

The staff were nice and helpful. They did try to let us check in early, so that was kind. They did include free water bottles and toiletries in the room. The beds were fairly comfortable. I liked the little bedside tables. The staff were really chill about us sitting in the lobby and just working on things or chatting with each other while waiting for our rooms to be ready.

Windows didn't close enough so there was enough noise. The heating device was broken. For 4 days they didn't change towels and sheets. I found used rowel in the bathroom.

Very unclean. Holes and stains in the bedsheets, stains all over the walls, the shower was gross, just overall very grubby. There was no heating system; it didn’t work. There was a small heater above the bathroom door that did not emit much heat, I had to keep it on for 4 solid hours before it became warm enough, and I was quite literally shivering for most of my stay as it was -4 outside. In this kind of weather it’s ridiculous to not have a working heating system in a hotel! I had to wear 4 layers of clothes to be able to sleep. It was honestly horrible.

Room has been filthy: - stains on sheets - ripped sheets - filthy floor Bathroom has been with Lime residues all over the showering glass. In addition, the rooms are very light-hearted, thus every door opened and closed in rooms underneath, above and nearby could be heard. Many people that have moved loudly in the middle of the night, therefore no chance to get a good rest. Rather for party people who do not need sleep. No TV channels available and a broken lamp.

Is was really dirty and old, seem like they never clean that room since the last person that was using it. And when I said dirty is really dirty, its a shame because is not that bad but is like they dont care anymore. The shower had hair and the sink was dirty, I ddnt took photos because I belive they can change with a good critic.

When we got to out floor and the elevator opened, the first thing we saw were dirty towels lying on the floor. We walked over it to our room, not thinking much of it. Then we entered our room and it smelled a bit like old paper and dust. The bathroom was not clean, toilet seat was dirty and there were hairs on the sink and in the shower, probably from the previous guests.

The hotel was located in a really really sketchy part of the neighbourhood. From the city centre, On the way there we were stopped by policemen advising us not to walk in that direction but we had no other choice so they gave us an alternative route which was the ‘safer route. Nothing happened to us but it was a scary walk to the hotel. Perhaps get a taxi there or go the long/back way if walking. During the day it was completely fine, at night not so much.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Probably had the best sleep of my life on that bed.

The shower door is missing, the sink is running slowly, and the hairdryer doesn't work. Told the staff, but the hairdryer guy never showed up. Besides, there are no slippers or towels.

The hotel has a good location and is close to the North Railway Station.
