The walls are abit thin so you can hear upstairs and outside quite well.

There was no kettle in the room, no big deal but unusual. The shower itself was huge but the pressure was quite bad unfortunately. Didn't detract from a nice stay though.

Lovely room in a good location in Bruges. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good amount of storage. It's only a 5min walk to town and the walk there is nice too.

The place is located at 20 min walking from city center and 35 min from the train station. In the room we could not find wardrobes and clothes hangers either.

Very nice Big room, with 2 double beds. Everything was clean. Outside the room, There is a common share kitchen where coffee and tea is available, also fridge and microwave.

Shower tray needed to be a bit longer considering there’s no cubicle door as we had to put a towel down so the floor didn’t get soaked. We also had to always keep the bathroom curtains shut otherwise houses across the road would be able to see us- maybe blinds would be better as you can still get daylight in the room. Saying that it didn’t bother us too much as everything else was lovely!

Nice and spacious! Quiet, didn’t hear any noise from the other guests. Amazing location as well. I liked that it was a code to get in rather than keys as it made it a lot easier. Also loved that we could put Netflix on whilst getting ready to go out. Cute little dressing table as well. Provided us with enough towels for the time we stayed.

Our 40 qm2 room was really clean. It feels that like you were at home. The location is also great. You can arrive sightseeings in 5 to 30 minutes by foot. It was also great to have a free parking place (8 PM to 9 AM) just in front of the hotel. Afterwards, you can park your car in a free public parking area which is just 5 minutes away from the hotel. You can get back to hotel in 15-20 min by walking.

Stairs in our room felt rickety at times and we felt self conscious of making too much noise for other travellers. But really not that big of a deal.

Fireplace and beds were beautiful, Staff were attentive to water issues throughout building and quickly fixed them. Close walk to city centre. Very comfy.

Nothing much. Just the shower pressure was very low.

The room was very spacious. The host was very generous with his advice and general assistance. The place was quite clean.

Unfortunately, our room (number 11) was next to a kitchen of a private apartment. The walls were very thin and the dish washer was keeping our kids up when it ran. Secondly, we were not able to use the TV properly. I do not know whether we were to stupid, but it said we could use Netflix. However, there was no account and we would have to create one. Besides watching TV via WLAN there was no possibility to watch cable TV. The bathroom ceiling showed a mini mini spot of mold and the wastebin could have been a little bigger, both things that did not bother us because we only stayed for one night. Last but not least, although it has nothing to do with the room itself, the parking situation is stressful. Parking next to Rose Suites is quite expensive and the street is very narrow. Our exterior mirror was destroyed while parking there. Reaching the next free parking space was described by e-mail, but it was 1.3km away.

The room came nicely equipped and was very clean. The suites are in walking distance to the city. All in all, we were happy to get a room on short notice. The explanation after booking through mails was detailed and very friendly. The beds were sensational. We never had more comfortable beds ever! We really enjoyed our sleep. The price was decent and the room was very clean!

Spiral staircase to the mezzanine sleeping area a bit creaky and you need to study the property description carefully to see which room you are getting.

Super central and quiet area. Host Dan was on hand and very helpful and even secured us a (paid for) spot in the garage downstairs. Nice and warm room and comfy beds. Small kitchen also good.

we never received the e-mail of how to get into the property, so we we’re waiting outside for a long time because there wasn’t a desk check-in. We got in with some luck and the nice help from Dan :)
